I ordered the notebook for journaling and ended up carrying it everywhere. Really nice quality.

My mom saw my bag charm and immediately asked if I could order her one too. That basically says enough because she’s VERY picky with accessories. The craftsmanship stands out immediately in person. Looks way more expensive than most charms I’ve seen.

this brand just feels different from the usual social media brands. Things arrived looking exactly how they were presented online which sadly feels rare now. The products have personality without looking tacky. Already building a wishlist for my next order.

Sticky Zoo advertised its phone straps as being made with "REAL STONES – HAND CUT" and featuring an "18K GOLD-PLATED CLASP." However, the product I received does not match the description on the product page. The “real stones" are not genuine; they appear to be made of resin or another synthetic material. Furthermore, the clasps do not appear to be 18K gold-plated, as advertised, as they bear no "18K" stamp or hallmark, and the Sticky Zoo stamp on the clasps featured on the product webpage is also missing.

On the same day I received the product, I contacted the company's Customer Support to notify them of the product misrepresentation and requested a prepaid return shipping label, as the item was not as described.

After a 2 week back and forth exchange, Sticky Zoo did not dispute the product misrepresentation but declined to provide a prepaid return shipping label. Instead, they offered only a 20% partial refund and instructed me to keep the item.

Sticky Zoo misrepresented the product and failed to deliver an item that matches its advertised description. Despite being notified of the issue, they refused to provide an appropriate resolution and instead offers only a partial refund while requiring me to keep a product that I did not order.

This is not an acceptable remedy for a product that was misrepresented at the time of sale.

Honestly, I’m so disappointed. I wore the shirt once and every single charm fell off. I can’t believe this passed quality control.

I also paid an extra $15 for a gift box, but it was literally just a cheap, wrinkled paper bag. Definitely not worth paying extra for.

I’ve emailed and messaged multiple times trying to get this sorted, and I’ve basically been ignored. Really poor customer service.

I expected so much better. Huge waste of money, and I won’t be buying from this brand again.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! They claim all over the website that the products are high quality when in fact everything is cheap material / plastic. £42 for a phone charm which looks like it was mass manufactured in China and arrived broken. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month with no luck. Their customer service is atrocious. I had to send the item to Amsterdam which cost me £9 and they are refusing to refund me even though their T&Cs say if an item is damaged the customer doesn’t pay for the return. I’m now £51 out of pocket with nothing to show for it!!! AVOID!!! This company should be prosecuted for false advertising and, quite frankly, theft!!!

I love the products, the quality is great! But I must say that I waited a long time my parcel.

The poodle charm literally looks hand assembled. You can tell it’s not factory perfect in that good handmade way.

My order arrived in 6 days and everything was packed perfectly. No complaints at all.

The alcantara phone case feels sooo nice in hand. I didn’t really understand the hype before ordering it but now I get it. It has this soft suede feel without being slippery. Also somehow doesn’t collect fingerprints like my old cases did.

The notebook pen holder detail is weirdly useful. I didn’t even think about it until I realized I stopped losing pens in my tote bag all the time. Little details like that make it feel thoughtfully designed. Not just aesthetic for Instagram photos.

They advertise 3 to 5 shipping, nope. It was almost 2 weeks. It is not a US based company and the product comes from China. One of my "stacked" bag charms was sent with no packing materials so when I opened the little box, it was all dented and scratched. I have dealing with customer service for 3 weeks, sent pictures of clearly damaged or already used/returned product and nothing. They are unwilling to help. Now I'm to the point where I have to file a chargeback thru my bank. Absolutely terrible product and customer service.

Shipping updates were clear the whole time which I appreciated. Never felt confused.

Awful. They make false shipping promises and offer no support when contacted. Should have checked Trustpilot before purchasing. Still have not received my order (1 week past delivery promise) and their support offered zero help. Discovered from courier company that by the time my order was supposed to arrive, it had not even been handed to them from the retailer. Avoid.

The notebook closure feels really secure. Nice little detail .
