Steadily Insurance wants to charge premium rates for their landlord policies but they have some very suspicious language buried in their policies about the age at which your roof is no longer covered for replacement value. At the same time they keep raising the deuctible for the roof. Not to mention that their customer serive is strictly online and by email. I never once was able to speak to my claim adjuster and she denied paying the the ACV depreciation because the roofing companies invoice was not detailed. The roofing company like all other roofing companies worked directly off the adjuster's cost estimate. So not only did I have a huge out of pocket expense since they considered my roof to be too old for replacement value, but now I'm also out the depreciation I'm owed.

Got a hold of customer service really easily. They answered all my questions on a professional manner. We will continue to use them for our insurance.

The people I have dealt with so far at Steadily have been very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Addison is great. Been very helpful the last couple of days. I need to dig in a bit regarding Steadily’s notification processes. No communication regarding non payment by my servicer until the day my policy is cancelled for non payment. That’s not good enough. Other carriers I use start notifying me 45-60 days out so I have time to hound my servicer.

Have ongoing problems with my mortgage company paying insurance. Melissa helped me last year. I got her again and I feel total confident it will be resolved for renewal
