Very disappointed, No order and no refund
Very disappointed with the lack of communication. My parcel was apparently lost in transit, and although I was offered a replacement, I received no response when I asked how long this would take as it was for a birthday present.
I have now sent several emails and still haven’t heard back. The birthday is this weekend, and I’m now left with no order and no refund. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service
