App never works. most of time wont even load, AND YES i have reinstalled several times, the you try to log in all you get is the wheel of doom then it tells you your details are incorrect (but hey i logged in on web already so how incorrect??????) The help you get from squirt is USELESS,and MINIMAL AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. All the tell you to do is re install and clear cache.... YOU CANT DO THAT ON ANDROID. Now on the web it works OK but now today i cannot access any profiles all i get is UPGRADE we want your money,
MY ADVICE IS STICK WITH GRINDR IT MAY BE FULL OF TEASERS AND WIND UP MERCHANTS BUT AT LEAST IT WORKS AND DOES NOT TRY TO FORCE YOU TO PAY SUBSCRIPTION

I accidentally left my paid membership on automatic renewal. The day they told me they were charging my credit card I took down my information on Squirt and called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Now I'm banned from using the Squirt website.

Squirt has the worst customer service I've encountered in ages. Plus I haven't met anyone on their site for years.

One of those times a zero star rating is needed

I signed up despite being told it was a crap site and I'd get harassed for paid membership on a least a monthly basis

Can't say that - as I seem to have only been a member for 24ish hours and a message saying my account has been suspended, so there are a few people on that site wondering why people just "disappear" on the site

Now I don't care why I was suspended, they could have just asked whatever they needed to know

I'd also been told that the site had removed "scat" on peoples profiles too, the guy that recommended squirt told me that - and I can confirm didn't see anything about "scat" on profiles that I did read

Terrible service!! My CC expired and they cancelled my membership saying that I refused to pay!! I wasn't on so how could I pay! I went on only to find they locked me out, did not even send me to regular member, they fricking locked me out!! I emailed and they said it was NSF I said I came on to renew and put in the new CC. Nope they said had to send them a etransfer!! Well forget that as the email for my bank is not the same as my email for them!! Useless people useless company!! Lots of better ones out there!!

My first issue is that it forces you to only use your front face camera and you can’t use your back camera second critique is that it only shows you the old white man that’s on there what about everyone else? Or is the app just full of old, wrinkled white man with a Little peens and flabby asses

Squirt is dreadful in the UK. It used to be good about fifteen years ago but it's steadily declined over the years to the point that it's now like GayDar, a collection of inactive profiles.

Customer service is non-existent, which is odd for a platform with paid for premium services.

I signed up during a promotion for one year of free fan club membership. They asked for a screen grab of their own home page as proof that they had the offer running, before they added it.

They're now ignoring multiple support tickets for multiple issues.

There's a guy in my area just keeps spamming new profiles, all the same. They said paid members can have two extra profiles attached to their account. He's not a paid member on any of the five profiles. Now they're ignoring me.

They're not complying with the UK Online Safety Act. The blog on the subject has no hyperlinks or instructions on how to age verify. If you disable your VPN, you're told to age verify, but there's no option to. If you turn the VPN back on, all is good, it forgets you're in the UK even with your GPS on.

This makes me wary that minors may be using the site. It feels unsafe.

As with my other tickets, they're ignoring that one now too. Because I'm asking them to actually do some work.

Not very many active users in the UK. Most profiles have been offline for nearly a year. Those that are active check in very little because it's so dead.

Find it weird they have an app but it's not on the app stores. Grindr is on the app store with no issue. Google makes you age verify before you can even download it, and then Grindr makes you age verify too and now they have a section for nudes so it's not like Squirt couldn't get on Google Play, other than that they aren't age verifying customers like they're supposed to.

Hopefully Ofcom will issue a fine.

What sort of backwards website and developer removes the ability to watch videos from people's profiles, whilst still publicly displaying that there are videos on their profile, which you now can't watch lol. Idiocy.

Should be able to block overseas messages which are annoying especially those without pics! Why would I be interested in speaking to someone thousands of miles away? They should not be able to view my profile.

Squirt is a scammer/hacker playground. Not real, totally fake AVOID AVOID AVOID

There is a lot of strength in numbers. Perhaps a class action might be a more productive way to go to get refunds, close memberships, assure yourself that your cc #'s are not being stored, used etc.

For every message I get from a guy on Squirt, I get 20 emails from Squirt themselves basically begging me to be a paid member.

Where most sites improve over time, this one just gets worse, incompetent admin staff, non existent customer service, remove posts without any explanation, suspend accounts without any reason and fail to respond when questioned,

New app does now work well. I have tried several times to search in the all guys section. The search does not work and just displays all guys, or returns a result that does not match the search. I tried to do a search for all men in a specific city where I know many men are listed, and the result was one profile was returned. I have tried to search for a specific profile and the search does nothing and brings back everyone in all guys. In the buddies list sometimes my buddies appear, or sometimes it's mixed with unknown people and sometimes none of my buddies are there and totally different people appear. There are other areas of the app that do not work consistently. I have complained about the search. The response I received was that it was my problem with the browser I am using and that I should clear my cache and cookies and reboot my machine. I was expecting a response that we know it's a known problem and we are working on it. No they say it's a user problem. I'm a retired software developer and in my experience that it's a software problem not a user problem. A feature of an app should not need you to clear cache or cookies. It's poor software design. This app is poorly designed and the company does not care about fixing its problems. I cannot see them existing for much longer when there are other apps available that work much better. I have noticed a significant drop in people using the app since this new version was released. I know several people that have not renewed their paid subscription as they said the app not longer works well enough for them to justify paying for it. Too bad I used to like the old squirt format where I could search for contacts in other areas but this one no longer works for me for this purpose. Time to move on.

As many others have said. The customers service from the admin team is abysmal. It honestly feels like they hate their own customers. If it wasn’t for the cruising info the site would have disappeared long ago. I doubt many people actually pay subscriptions so they’re staying afloat from ad revenue.

If you want to find casual sex easily, squirt works, because it gives every encouragement to rampant casual sex. Sex addicts r us. But the use of crystal meth in the video chatrooms is very real and is out of control. They pretend to monitor it, but it’s obvious that in truth they don’t. The use of bongs is rampant. Even though crystal meth is a horrifically addictive drug that is illegal everywhere! I have the proof.

squirt should be shut down.

I've been a paid member on Squirt.org for 26 years. The new & devolved format is a clumsy, time consuming beast that:
*is counter intuitive,
*no longer provides notifications unless you're online,
*even then there's no audible notification as there used to be.

Aside from raising the prices and reducing functionality the biggest insult is the arbitrary removal of the member video feature.

The price is now $72 for SIX MONTHS.
I pay $95 for a year at Grindr, a site at least 100 times better than squirt. Paid members are offered a desktop version as well as the mobile app. ADDITIONALLY, members can post their own 15 second video clips in their albums and are given the choice to share it with someone once, indefinitely or for a certain period of time.
The last thing I have to say is the customer service for me, has always been superior to all other sites. That too has suffered.
I suspect the company was sold. I don't know what else would account for such a radical shift and downward spiral.
In any case, I will close my Squirt account when this period expires.

Three years ago I signed up for lifetime auto-renew at the locked-in price of $59.95/yr. Each year since, Squirt aka Pressnet tries to charge me considerably more, $89 last year and $119 this year. Fortunately my CC blocks these transactions due to a high likelihood of fraud.

I tried to remove my card, stop the auto-renew, or to delete my account. However, each time I log in to do this, Squirt attempts to charge my card, which is always blocked. The card issuer asked me to try to resolve this with Squirt/Pressnet. This year I tried to stop the auto-renew, but there is no option in the Account Preferences menu to do so.

I contacted Squirt's CS, explaining the instructions don't help, and they replied with only a link to the very instructions that don't work, saying, "Try this." Even more odd, the Membership page is very different looking than it was yesterday. But still no option to stop auto-renew.

In what I hope will be my final email with CS, they said there's no auto-renew option in my account preferences because there's no card on file. If so, then why does Squirt try to charge my card every time I log in still? Where is that card information kept? And there's no way to delete your account/profile, only to deactivate it - and this can be reversed.

I was a Fan Club member for many years. But the removal of videos, the wonky unfinished half-web/half-mobile UI, and the failure to honor the price I agreed to, means I won't be on the site any longer.

I joined squirt.org years ago with no problems to speak of. Squirt.org offered a 1 year subscription for 69.00 used. I paid the subscription for 1 year. My cell phone saves my username and password which I used to sighn into the site. Now I get a error message when trying to sighn in with my saved profile name and password. This is ridiculou and not how a company should act. Mypassword hasn't changed and I can't access the squirt.orgsite from my cell phone. It must be the intention of this company to ruin its business's and reputation. Shame on squirt.

I feel like this company is maybe out of business? I tried signing up twice now with 2 different emails. It says it sent me an email to click to activate, but there's nothing. I'm aware of how to view all folders, spam, trash etc, there's nothing. Worst of all though is there's NO way to click to resend the email, all it says is to keep checking. As such, I cannot even sign up for this site.

This has to be a Chinese, Russian, or North Korea owner site. Just run!!!

Don't bother with this site if you have a Samsung phone you'll keep getting gps is not removed even though youve done the settings the fault is with the site not excepting Samsung so you can't get full use of the site plus squirt.org refuses to give you a refund (dont go anywhere near unless you want to loose your money)
