Riccardo was great help, stayed with me patiently while we fixed weird Meta configurations and in the end sorted it out and got up and running. He answered all questions.

I am very disappointed with my experience.

I clearly requested the closure of my account on December 23, 2025, and received confirmation that it had been closed. Despite this, I was charged again multiple times (January, February, and even March 21, 2026).

This is completely unacceptable. If an account is confirmed as closed, no further charges should occur.

I have contacted support several times, but the issue has still not been properly resolved. It raises serious concerns about how subscriptions and cancellations are handled.

I am currently still waiting for:

full confirmation that my account is permanently deleted
a complete refund of all charges made after my cancellation request

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Wont cancel my account even after multiple requeats to cancel. They have been charging me for months even though I've never used the service. I would stay away and find an alternative if I were you.

It allows to handle the whole customer journey in many channels, the best for WhatsApp.

You can do it manually or use AI Agents that interacts to reach goals.

Ho avuto la pessima idea di scaricare un whitepaper inserendo il mio numero di telefono. Da allora le chiamate di Marta, l'intelligenza artificiale, mi perseguitano da numeri sempre diversi ed è impossibile uscire dal loop. Direi che abbiamo ampiamente valicato la differenza tra marketing e spamming pesante.

Stole my money lied about what they would offer and now wont refund me, will be contacting my card company to get my money back

Spoki è un software pensato per i marketer. L'esperienza utente è semplice ed immediata, con un'interfaccia che rende la gestione delle campagne veloce ed efficace. Il supporto è rapido e competente, sempre pronto ad aiutarti e sono utilissime le integrazioni con CMS, CRM e i principali canali di digital marketing (google ads, meta). Un tool potente e affidabile per il conversational marketing su whatsapp.

Spoki was great until they forced a new plan structure on me.. now none of my messages are sending as apparently i have to upgrade, which appears to be impossible to do without paying a small fortune. Customer ‘support’ has been appalling. I’ve invested so many hours into getting Spoki working well which is a challenge given that most help articles are in italian and now i’m going to have to move to a new provider and start again.
