I went in yesterday because I needed new hiking boots. A man named Antoine helped my find them and despite my relatively big shoe size of 49 we still found a pair that fit and looked good pretty quickly so that I could leave earlier than anticipated

Best price for the item i wanted to buy, easy check out, fast shipping, great!

On the website it says “easy return”, and in the FAQs (in German) it states that a return shipping label is provided for a flat fee of €4.99. I ordered ski boots that did not fit. I had to cover the return shipping costs entirely myself, which amounted to an unbelievable €24. Contrary to what is claimed on the website, no return label is provided and customers have to bear the full cost themselves. I cannot recommend ordering online from this shop.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Speck-Sports. My order is shipped with missing item, and despite the inconvenience being entirely on their side, the issue was not handled professionally. I asked for a compensation, but my request was refused without any real explanation.

The communication felt dismissive, and the overall handling of the situation made me lose trust in their service. I was expecting responsibility and proper customer care, but unfortunately, that did not happen.

Based on this experience, I would not order from this store again.

I ordered a snowboard and a helmet to Bulgaria: amazing prices - big sale, super fast delivery, frequently email updates, tracking number for my packages (came in two packs/ same day) - exact products! I am super happy and glad I didn’t trust the negative reviews (don’t understand why?!) THANK YOU Speck Sports - I saved huge and have the coolest new Salomon Snowboard and Rossignol helmet!

Failed to deliver to the UK (filled out customs declaration wrong). Poor communication (nothing of substance received in relation to questions posed). Refusing to refund until they receive the ski boots back from DPD (even though they know they're coming and that it is due to their own fault). Do not buy from them

As I was looking to buy a new pair of ski boots, I found that Speck Sports was having the best price online. At first I was a bit hesitant to order from them, as I didn't know the shop, but their service is impeccable. Next day shipping in no-frills but careful packaging, and shipping costs for delivery within Europe are very reasonable.
A good address to remember for ski/hiking equipment. I will happily visit the store if I am in the area.

Failure with their shipping to UK in customs documentation so parcel returned to Speck. In the meantime, Speck have not refunded so I cannot buy another jacket. Speck are clearly not competent in shipping to the UK so not recommended for this.

Ordered a pair of ski boots. Got the order in a reasonable time however the wrong size of boots were in the box sent to me (the order and box both indicated the correct size, the wrong size was inside the box). When I contacted them they indicated that I had to ship it back from Canada at MY expense despite it being THEIR mistake. I call that lousy customer service.

Terrible all round. Parcel never made from France to UK, tracking didn't update for 40+ days. Instead of sending out another pair they insisted on waiting for dpd to confirm the loss which took 50 days. Now too late to source some boots. Avoid even though they are cheaper then UK.

I ordered a pair of ski trousers a month ago now and the parcel never arrived. It’s clearly lost in transit and Speck are refusing to give me a refund after patiently waiting for a month now.

I had been looking to buy an Osprey Xenith 88 backpack for months, they're discontinued, replaced by a more expensive model. Speck Sports was the only place in Europe that has them available. I was hesitant to purchase one from another country in case of a problem but did on Monday. Three days later it arrived in brand new condition, carefully packed and at an incredible price. I am so happy to have found Speck Sports, now I can take my dream trip. I will definitely purchase from them again, thank you very much!

Ordered new skis and sticks with 50 and 30% discount respectively. Shipment to Belgium. Shipment took a bit long, but they shipped it the wrong way first. After 1,5 week they arrived, but unfortunately the skis and sticks were damaged upon arrival. Had to spent +-50 euros extra to fix the skis.
It took 3 mails before getting a response of Speck Sports, but in the end they handled the reparation. Overall a slower than expected, but decent service
