honestly, its an amazing platform if you want to run your server, and the staff is very helpful, ive been using sparked for almost three years and honestly, the pricing isnt even that bad, and the whole ui and such for running the server in the panal is amazing, good job for them for making this even affordable

I got a plan that ended up being below what I really needed in terms of server power. I requested a refund - Less than 5 hours later, they gave me a full refund on the service. Amazing customer service, and their server hosting is also decent.

Emailed them the payment be late and will be paid the very next friday cause i was in the hospital getting a amputation! Needed my service so i could play my realm and stay semi occupied but nope service suspended and multiple days no service and send a ticket and get jack! Sent higher up. 2nd day still nothing! I know businesses have to make money but i didnt hide i informed them and did everything so they knew and got shit on! Still waiting and cant sleep wanting to play but heartless company still hasnt even responded!
