Quick delivery and the flavours are lovely

I had been searching for a slush company that sells grape syrup and had seen this company. It had great reviews whereas others had complained about the syrups tasting like chemicals. I thought that I would order other flavours to save myself having to pay another delivery charge.

Sadly my order was delivered leaking from one of the bottles... this has been kindly rectified.

I noticed on the labels that the syrup must be used by 30 days once opened. This is an error and this should not be on any future bottles. You have until the best before date unless you dilute the syrup and in that case you have a couple of days (kept in the fridge). However, in our house once it is diluted it will be used there and then.

The blue raspberry is so delicious. I would highly recommend it. We have not tried the other flavours yet but now I know that we do not have to consume the bottle within 30 days after opening I will be trying them all... and once I have made some space for some bottles I will be ordering more.

Great phone service when ringing and quick next day delivery

Nothing wrong with the products when you receive them. But unfortunately this is the third time the delivery has turned up wrong not being picked properly last two time it was missing bottles of slush this time I ordered just eight boxes of cups and I’ve got sent two lids instead and four cupsI had to phone three times.
Cancelled rest of the order in the end receivedrefund 10 days later.

The flavors of these syrups are fantastic and blend seamlessly in the Ninja Slushi. I encountered an issue with a package during delivery, but customer service resolved it immediately. I will definitely be returning as a customer.

What a awesome supplier.
I ordered with them for the 1st time, it was part of my wife's Christmas Present. I had also purchased a slushie maker, Bacardi and lime juice elsewhere.
Anyway, no one was home when the parcel arrived unfortunately.
By the time I arrived home,obviously I thought it had not arrived yet, until I read my emails, which stated it had been.
I got in contact with them,after a couple of back and forth, me checking my neighbours,rear garden etc to no avail,one of the managers phoned me, after a short chat about the circumstances, wife's present, short time frame and the disappointment,she offered to replace the items and delivery free of charge.
Being a first time buyer, I never expected this. Trust me when I was overwhelmed with their understanding and kindness.
They now have a customer for life.
