I purchased the hamper as a 40th birthday gift for my niece. Having spent hours searching for the perfect gift I came across the Skywave website. Having now received the hamper I am not disappointed and am sure my niece will be thrilled with her gift. I would however consider changing your courier. I tried to change the delivery date, or give instructions about leaving it with a neighbour, as I wasn't going to be in but it wouldn't allow me to and Royal Mail ended up leaving it at my property, not in a secure place. Luckily we have security cameras so I could see it had been delivered and alerted a neighbour who kindly retrieved it for me. The proof of delivery photo provided by Royal Mail was showing it at the front door of our property but that was not where the item had been left.

Thank you also for your comments on Royal Mail, which are noted. To be honest, we have had excellent results from Royal Mail, and really poor results from them and other couriers. It all depends on the driver on the day; some are excellent, others less so. But we will certainly raise your comment with Royal Mail.

What an absolute treat we had. The experience was full of fun, facts, and amazing gin.
Helen was an absolute delight, we couldn’t have had a better afternoon.
I would 100% recommend anyone to do this tour, you won’t be disappointed !
