Outstanding service from Will and Josh!
We recently used this company to fix our SIP presses and could not be happier with the service provided by Will and Josh. They worked tirelessly throughout the day to get everything up and running. On top of their scheduled work, they kindly looked at another press they weren't even expecting to service. They carried out a temporary fix on it until replacement parts can be ordered, even though it meant leaving a little later than they had intended. Highly professional, accommodating, and dedicated. We will definitely use them again!

Spare parts for an old bandsaw.
Needed a spare part for a rather old SIP bandsaw, and even though they could no longer supply spare parts for it direct, they sent me a link where I could get the necessary part, I have now ordered. Excellent service.

Awesome welder feels like a quality piece of machinery last mig welder150amp garage workshop model take took full-size bottles so it’s nice to be able to go back to the same company I bought in 1986 and lasted for 10 years heavy duty use as well would recommend to anybody

Delivery issues
Goods ordered by telephone from information on the website. All was fine. Payment arranged easily, but things went wrong with the delivery. Next day was offered and accepted, but no mention was made of complications if the weight was a bit too heavy for DPD. After a few more missed pickups and deliveries, despite my staying in all day, DX finally delivered on day 4 after the order. Compensation was offered in the form of free delivery but that had already been offered at time of purchase. Product is excellent but the delivery efficiency really marred the experience.
