I have ordered quite a few times from this company, website is good and delivery is quick.
Unfortunately Royal Mail lost my last order so I contacted by chat on WhatsApp and a new order was created immediately and I received it a few days later.
Great customer service.

Such a fantastic choice of machines. As a complete beginner and with their excellent search choices I found the perfect machine at a great price. Then I got a FREEE upgrade to the new 2027 model! Easy website you use. Type in your Singer model and you get a list of accessories including those that are compatible. Good communication on status of purchase and arrived a few days after ordering.

Whats to say I bought a singer talent 3321 on 28th June 2026 ..when it arrived it wasn't working very clunky . Spoke to someone via WhatsApp who said the machine needed to be returned. "Gave " me a free upgrade to a singer fashion mate 3342 this worked okay if I was sewing through 2 layers of polycotton but would not handle interfacing so decided to upgrade to heavy duty 4423 this arrived but again was faulty ..this machine would not engage the bobbin winder so again i contacted them . Again they said they would send a replacement..this arrived but have been unable to get the tension of the thread to anywhere near sewing a perfect thread ..the machine slipped the bobbin holder out and the needle alignment is out. I contacted them 5 days ago ..no response ..contacted them today ..no response.
Since 28th July I have had 4 machines all of which are sub standard and not working.
57 days without a working sewing machine despite paying for it ..out of pocket ..no working machine and no response from SINGER SEWING MACHINE OUTLET
Do they actually sell machines that work?

My experience was fantastic- the customer service was excellent and the delivery was easy and quick - very happy with my purchased machine and delightful discount made the purchase more appreciated.

I wanted a trusted sewing machine that has heritage and is a name well recognised. Having viewed on line videos and reviews it was a no brainer purchasing the heavy weight denim sewing machine.

The machine is the one I’d recommend for most people. It has a strong metal frame, fast sewing speed and handles thicker fabrics such as denim and multiple layers better than a basic domestic machine.

Seamless process, from start to delivery, not one issue or fault.

Delivery was super quick and very informative.

I ordered a ex display machine and apart from the plain box, you wouldn't know it was brand new, runs perfectly.

Items missing in package.
Embroidery veteran attempted to use product.
Font feature doesnt work. Completely illegible.
Tells you to download an app then says its unsupported.

Machine not fit for purpose.
Reported within 14 days as per consumer rights act 2015.

Apparently because we used it to find out its not fit for purpose its not eligible for a refund.
Goes completely against consumer law.
Have past everything on to citizens advice and trading standards.

Going back to using Brother machines.

Really easy to order from their website, great description of the machines so I could compare. The delivery was very quick and I gor a deal on the price (I was quoted nearly £200 more from another company! Also got some additional sewing feet as a free gift. Thank you 😊

After using this machine which was borrowed from a friend I immediately ordered myself one as it was so easy to use I like the top loading reel. I have always had a Singer machine starting from the original treadle machine the very name of Singer has always maintained a high standard of workmanship of their machines giving them total reliability a proper workhorse piece of kit great value comparable with other makes highly recommend.

Arrived in good time, great product, wanted it for some small alterations, though a lot more capable to do bigger jobs very sturdy machine and very easy to use ( I’m only a novice)

Bought a Singer Heavy Duty machine 2 years ago from this website - only used it a few times as it has never worked properly and now the guarantee has expired - my fault for not contacting them sooner. Spoke to a local highly respected and family-run sewing machine retailer near me for service and they won't touch the machine - they have a pile of them they can't do anything with. Don't buy this machine- its rubbish and it is certainly not a heavy duty machine.

Excellent customer service, communication and pricing. I am absolutely delighted with the interaction that I have with the singer sewing outlet. The communication via WhatsApp was excellent and very speedy. Everything was delivered very fast and as stated.
