I can only go by my experience but I don’t understand the scam comments as I paid a single payment of €6.99 to unlock a 20 year old phone I wanted unlocked for personal reason, if I had any criticism it would be that the code took longer than estimated but I received my code with 24 hours and it worked perfectly so no criticism from me.

I had a positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate in using the service again hence the 5 Stars.

My daughter's Poco F3 got locked after an OS upgrade. I purchased the unlock code and received it after one week. Surprisingly, the phone unlocked automatically the first time it connected to the network - I didn't even need to enter the code manually! Best of all, all personal data was preserved. Big thanks to the service!

A scam company you send a payment of £14.99 for a unlock service, after a day they send you another email asking for another £34.50 to send you the code to unlock. Obviously didn't send a second payment as I have also read the reviews that either you dont get a code anyway or rhey ask for more money again AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DONT USE THOS COMPANY ***SCAMMERS*** positive reviews can't possibly be real

Two stage payment scam, (Pull the other one) 18 euro then another 57. Phone isn't even worth 30euro. Avoid!!!!
I'll be going back to the original carrier and going via the correct process that's actually free. I thought i was paying for convenience.

You pay for the initial assessment. That is very quick - to make you think they will be efficient at everything else!
You then pay for the 'unlock' which they tell you 'can be up to 72 hours but usually instant'. As soon as it takes longer (they have had my order for 3.5 weeks) and you ask what the delay is, they 'remind' you that your contract is for 30 days. I was told on Friday 9.1.26 "Great news! We’ve received confirmation that your phone unlock has been processed. You’ll receive an email with the final confirmation within 48 hours. Please keep an eye on your inbox or log in to your unique order tracking profile, which will be updated shortly with the unlock confirmation." Since then, I have had no reliable informaiton. I told them to cancel my order today. Avoid these scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

All fine, phone wiko y60 got unlocked, reasonable delivery time, reasonable price, clear communication.

Have used this company on several occasions, and they have always delivered the codes needed to unlock the various devices. The codes provided have never failed. I'm sure I'll need unlock codes in the future and will not hesitate to use this company.

Still waiting after two weeks for ZTE MC801A paid USD29.99. Continually asking to be patient..scammed and no refund or solution.

Stupidly I did not look for reviews before paying for unlock, these scammers took my money, no code provided and then ignoring contact attempts. Avoid.

My phone is still locked, i ordered an FRP bypass, and they sent me some code, which is used for sim unlocking (most likely messed up my order), and now are not responding to emails.

Initially I wasn't sure when I saw couple negative reviews but eventually my experience was positive. I received a code which unlocked my tablet and didn't have to pay any additional charges so I received what I've paid for and my tablet is now unlocked.

These are scammers after receiving payment order still unpaid and no any response from their side

I have used the company's services several times, they have successfully fulfilled the expected needs in every way. I have read the other comments, in which many people complain, I am sorry if this is their experience, in any case I can only say good things about the company, I received what they promised. My last order was a Redmi 6 MI-Account removal. Thank you again for the successful completion.

First price for unlocking service that you see on webpage is £11.99 which seems reasonable but after submitting payment you will receive an email asking you to do final payment of £26 to unlock your phone. First payment is for some eligibility check only ! Apparently there is a mention about it in small print somewhere but it is clearly a trap to make you think that you going to pay only 11.99 for the service. Local phone repair shop did it for £10. The first payment is nonrefundable of course.

Im waiting 6 days for my motorola v220 unlock code!
and the customer service doesnt react!
Edit: they said they couldn't generate a unlock code........ And said they paid the money back (20-01-2025) but until today didn't get any money (it's now 13-may-2025!!!!!!!!!)
