They do exactly what they advertise. I used their services over the last 2 months and am very happy.
I ordered a few phones and also did a travel request (to Japan). Everything went smoothly only downside is that they are not always the fastest when it comes to shipping. It usually takes between 3-5 days (I'm in Poland).
For me that is negligible since I value that I can pay in crypto and have privacy since they don't have any trackers.
Keep on going, will place my Christmas orders soon :)
OLD REVIEW: It is with disappointment that I share my experience with ShopInBit, following multiple inquiries in the last 46 days. While this shop has had a stellar reputation in the past, the current state of affairs is, frankly, abysmal. Two items (320€) have been missing from my order, and despite several inquiries since the purchase date, there has been no satisfactory resolution.
The shop's historical reliability sharply contrasts with my current experiences. The absence of ordered items, combined with the lack of a proper response, has significantly impacted my satisfaction. It's disheartening to witness a once-reliable provider decline in its service quality.
The urgency of the situation and the substantial value of my purchase (1k€) have yet to yield a suitable solution. It is my hope that the shop can reclaim its former standard of excellence and address customer concerns more diligently.
EDIT 27.01: The shop managed to resolve the issue after all.
I can say with pleasure, my confidence in their integrity has been restored.
