Informed all the way regarding delivery which was on time ..very friendly efficient delivery team .took mattress up to the room and unwrapped then took all packaging away.

Yes delivery did take a little longer than expected, and I was not given a delivery date however, it was worth the wait. Customer Service were on it and convinced me to wait.
The mattress is superb. My wife has slept better than before. She usually never settles
I have back issues to top bottom of my spine and this has helped no end. I have slept more than 5 hours for the first time in years

Hopefully they have sorted delivery issues but over look them. It is worth it.
And mine was half the price of some leading brands

We are very pleased with our Rem-Fit 5000 Lux elite hybrid mattress. Delivery was straight forward to a Scottish Island and the company sent useful emails regarding care and unpacking the matress. The matress is extremely comfortable and supportive, we are both sleeping better and I no longer have low back pain on waking. All in all a very positive experience.

Order was easy and straightforward and I received confirmation soon after. Communication regarding the delivery was excellent throughout. They arrived on time and it was smooth! I love my new mattress! My back feels so much better! I would buy from them again!

Good product,delivery arrived in good condition and at the time agreed. Good product information regarding opening the product & how to care for it. Mattress is Firm as advertised which is what I needed. Overall very happy.

Hi Rem Fit
Could someone please make contact with me reference my mattress order RM 47434. I have tried for 6 days now to get a reply from yourselves that isn’t an automated bot. I have sent many emails and no one has got back to me. I initially was willing to upgrade mattress but got no replies from a human and have been sent round in circles since. So I have decided I would like a return and a refund. Can somebody please make contact with me.

Fantastic support with just the right amount of softness. I think it’s an excellent mattress for back, side, and stomach sleepers. It provides great support in every sleeping position, and I’m definitely waking up feeling more rested.

I recently purchased a REM-Fit 500 Cool Gel Pillow but found it was too thick/deep meaning I experienced neck pain and headaches from using it. The customer services team were great and very understanding and have replaced the pillow with a different Low Depth Pillow which I am confident will be perfect for me. Thank you REM-Fit!

Great customer service

We have not had any products from REM-Fit before but decided to give them a go after seeing all the excellent reviews. We are so pleased we bought from them. All of our purchases are excellent, the mattress is superb, it was delivered on time as promised and even when there was an issue with one of the items not being delivered the communication was incredibly fast, responsive and friendly in sorting it out.The missing parcel was found and was delivered promptly. Both delivery teams were excellent.We would definitely purchase from REM-Fit again. Thank you.

I bought the REM-Fit Pocket 1000 Hybrid mattress and it has made a massive difference to my sleep in the week since it was delivered. Trouble-free order and delivery, helpful and courteous delivery and removal of my old mattress too.
I find the mattress cool, just the right firmness for me and very comfortable with support in all the right places which helps eliminate my backache. My sleep is much more peaceful without the movement of my partner disturbing my slumber.
Astounding value mattress.

Quick delivery, good communication, very comfortable mattress. I have the 4000 Ortho Elite Hybrid Mattress. Even my 13 year old daughter loves it.

We ordered a mattress in February and after multiple missed deliveries where the mattress was automatically redelivered to Remfits warehouse with no actual attempt to deliver the product, we have now been chasing for a refund for 5 months. The company use an AI bot for their customer service which was useless but even after we eventually got through to a human being, they were still no help. We have now disputed this charge with our credit card company as we were getting no where with Rem fit.

Really good product at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I can't fault the mattress at all (we bought the 4000 Ortho Elite Hybrid). In fact this is our second - we bought a double about 4 years ago and loved it so, when we decided to get a king-sized bed, we knew we wanted the same mattress. It provides excellent support, my husband has a mild scoliosis and has had back problems for many years but he has found the mattress alleviates any aggravation to his condition and he very rarely suffers an ache or pain now.
I gifted the double mattress to a lady who also suffers back problems and she sent me a lovely message to say she'd had the best night's sleep in years 🙂
Really happy with the service, the delivery was efficient and by a friendly team.
We'll definitely be buying again when we replace our small double guest room mattress but worried if we do, the guests might never leave 😳

first class service only thing i would say is delivery time is a little longer than other sellers but worth the wait .delivery drivers were great .

They still haven't delivered the ordered items and it is well past the 5-10 working day lead team. There has been no information given as to why there is a delay and I'm getting increasingly worried about whether they will actually deliver the products I've ordered. This is completely unacceptable as many customers (like myself) are in the process of moving home and therefore relying on the mattress to be able to sleep on their bed.

Customer support is severely lacking. They don't give you an actual phone number for support, I suspect to avoid having to deal with unhappy customers directly or to cut costs. Having contacted an email address, the customer support agent said they would contact the warehouse but I have yet to receive any update regarding my order. At this point I am close to cancelling my order and requesting a refund.
