Hello Margarida,
We are sincerely sorry to read your review and, more importantly, sorry for the frustrating experience you had with our support team.
After checking your case, we can confirm that you contacted us regarding a device that stopped working after a few uses, and that several videos were requested in order to validate the warranty process. We also acknowledge that the handling of your files was not smooth enough: some links expired, some files could not be accessed, and asking you to resend videos several times created unnecessary back-and-forth. This is not the level of service we want to provide, and we understand your frustration.
That being said, Cellublue is not a scam. Your request was not ignored intentionally, and our team did try to collect the technical evidence required to process the warranty claim. However, we fully agree that the process took too long and should have been handled more clearly.
Your case has now been escalated internally so that a final solution can be provided. As explained by our team, warranty cases are normally handled through technical validation and replacement when the defect is confirmed, but given the history of your case, we will review it with priority and contact you directly.
We are sorry again for the inconvenience and for the repeated requests you received. We remain committed to resolving this properly.
Kind regards,
The Cellublue Team
