I had a great experience with Shen Shine. I needed my apartment cleaned for the next tenants. Wei was in charge and she was amazing. A very kind and cheerful lady and she was very good at getting back to me with any questions. She took pictures of the progress and I appreciated how she explained her cleaning strategy to me. They did a deep cleaning. She even went above and beyond and had some tricks up her sleeve to help me out in a pickle. I would hire her again. Very trustworthy, kind, caring and fair.
