I made an order on the amount of 89EUR, the package never arrived even though I was home. Was told a postal note was left on my postal box, which was not, and they have doubled down on this. I think I know best since I am the owner of the postal box. Since then, trying to track down the order seems impossible. Was confirmed by them where a pick up was, only to get there and find out it's actually located 8Km away, in a place where you can't get to without private transport. Asking for a refund on the order that I did not receive is also impossible, as they say it's past it's due time, although, again, I never received my order, seems to be in transit, but Sheko doesn't have a clue where it is. Incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time, and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Not to mention that you don't receive any notifications whatsoever. About anything.If you are lucky to get your order, great. Otherwise I guess I can kiss goodbye to 89EUR. And it reeks of a scam, to be fair. To add to this, DLH subcontracted the delivery to another company, and gave them the incomplete address, and a noreply email. So, of course, I cannot receive notifications. It's also impossible to contact this company by phone, email, or even make any amendment to the incorrect details.

I ordered some of the products but they never arrived to my doorstep, although I received an email a week ago saying that it had been delivered. I was following the delivery and was at home when it was supposed to be delivered. Nothing. The problem is, they completely disappeared afterwards and I have no news from them. I understand that there could have been a problem, it happens. But after 6 days I should at least have received an email saying that they were working on my request.

I think the product is good (I tried from a friend), but I am really struggling with the customer service. My package never arrived (it did arrive in the UK and then went back to Germany), and after a week and many many messages and emails it has not yet been resent or refunded. It looks you can only get in contact with AI-support and there is no number to call...so I don't really know how to get an update on this. I would like them to resend asap..

Just received my Sheko order and the texture and taste is so creamy. I love it and will be ordering more flavours soon.

The product itself is good, which is why I ordered three packs of collagen. However, my package never arrived, and even after two weeks I still have not received a refund.
When you contact Sheko, you receive replies that seem AI-generated and do not address the actual problem at all. There is also no hotline or phone support to speak with a real person.
After more than two weeks, I was sent a form to declare that I had not received my package — even though I had already reported this through their online form before.
Although I repeatedly asked Sheko to refund my money, nothing has happened so far. That is why I would give 0 stars for this terrible customer service.

I love sheko shakes! Not only do they taste awesome, they're also one of the only things I can eat for breakfast and be sure they'll fill me until lunch. And for a reasonable amount of calories!
Also, kudos to their customer service! Recently I received a damaged order (which can happen to everyone with deliveries) and they were quick to send me a free replacement!

I like the Taste a Lot. Straciatella or chocolate. The programm is Easy to follow. Only if you Like drinking milk!
If Not it is not for you. They really Taste Like a Normal Dessert. I bet my Kids would Drink the Straciatella one with chocolate flakes in it!
