We spent two weeks in Bali, Labuan Bajo, and Gili Trawangan: thanks to Shanti Travel and the valuable support of Renaldi, who was always available even during the holiday, the itinerary was perfect, including all the internal transfers and wonderful excursions.

Our trip was very well organized from start to finish. Communication was quick and efficient, even when it came to last-minute changes to the itinerary — everything was handled smoothly.
If I had to point out one thing, I would have appreciated a bit more free time, perhaps with fewer stops along the way.

We chose Shanti Travel for our family trip, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire itinerary was perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. We were looking for an experience rich in authentic activities and far from the usual tourist traps, and they truly gave us the opportunity to experience the real soul of Bali. To top off this amazing tour, our stay in the Gili Islands was the perfect relaxing getaway. We love to stay in Shanti Hotel when we are in Leh. The rooms are cosy, the staff is great and the atmosphere in the dining is outstanding. The ornamental plasterwork in the dining and rooms is from highest quality and worth a visit.
Organising our trekkings and tours we trust in Shanti Travel Ladakh because of the intimate knowledge of the country. We found such unbelievable impressing sightseeing attractions in many parts of Ladakh, esp. Zanskar Valley. Besides we had a good chance to make a lot of new friends in such places. He is very well connected.
We can absolutely recommend the Hotel as well as the Travel Agency.

This trip was a success from start to finish, both thanks to the organisation and to the exceptional welcome from Bhawani Singh Rathore, our guide, without whom this experience would never have been so perfect.
His good humour, deep knowledge of his country, culture and history, as well as his flexibility — and that of our driver Jaktar — both of them being incredibly kind, made this journey truly unique.
We already can’t wait to come back to India to continue discovering this fascinating and vibrant country.

I can’t speak highly enough of Shanti Travel and the Travel Local process in general, and my main travel agent and cheerleader Shreekesh Singh, in particular.
Shreekesh really listened to what I wanted and what worried me about spending nearly 2 weeks in Kerala as a solo female traveller, after leaving friends in an earlier trip through Rajasthan. He produced a great itinerary that included hiking and cycling, nature reserves, spa time and plenty of time on the water. The overnight houseboat where I was treated like a queen by the crew was a particular highlight but really hard to choose just one experience as I had so many!
A big shout out my amazing driver Shelton, and to Mary, my only female local guide across many guides during 4 weeks in India and definitely the best of all.

We had such a wonderful superbly organized trip to the Philippines, organized by Aljoscha from shantitravel. Everything was incredibly well thought out; all our transports were arranged, and we never had to worry about a thing. We had fantastic excursions planned with truly excellent local agencies, and the accommodation selection was great.

Aljoscha was always available if we had any questions, regularly checked in on our well-being, and helped us immediately when we encountered a weather-related problem. We couldn't have felt more taken care of.

Rajendra organized a wonderful trip to India according to all our wishes. He answered quickly and found always a solution. Even during the trip, we could contact him anytime.
The locations he has chosen for us, corresponded exactly to our expectations. We would like to point out the diwali evening at the Dera Mandawa, the 2 nights at the Lakshmann Sagar and the night at the Manvar Desert Camp. All the guides and drivers were exceptional. Our main driver Amar Singh was just fantastic, always on time and he drove us safely through the cracy traffic of India.
We can only recommend Shanty Travel India and Rajendra to all future travelers.

I really enjoyed my experience with Shanti Travel.
