Stronger, Healthier, and More Confident Thanks to Shaina

I have zero regrets about signing up to work with Shaina! She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and honest, while also being very clear about the habits you need to build in order to meet your goals. I started coaching with her just 2 months postpartum and was upfront about what I wanted to achieve and why. From the very beginning, Shaina was nothing but supportive and tailored her coaching to exactly what I needed.

The results have been incredible—losing 20 lbs in just 3 months, much faster than I anticipated! Beyond the numbers, I’m finally feeling strong and confident in my postpartum body for the first time since before having kids.

What sets Shaina apart is how fully invested she is in her clients’ success. She listens, provides weekly video feedback, checks in throughout the week, is always easy to reach, and consistently follows through on everything she promises. She shares recipes, workout feedback, helpful resources, and most importantly, she helps you build sustainable habits while holding you accountable.

All I can say is that I wish I started this program sooner!!
The most amazing part about this whole experience is that I don’t feel like I am on a diet, I have learned so much about macronutrients and their importance with fat loss and in general for the body and I’m not restricting foods or eating only salad and it’s not complicated to figure out!

My coach Shaina is awesome, she’s non judgemental on days I may not have a great week and she is great to give tips to get back on track or come up with a plan when something comes up!!

The best part about it for me is the online coaching, she is easy to get a hold of when I need her throughout the week via messaging, I get my workouts in on my time and she is able to track everything through the app and give feedback! It keeps you extremely accountable and I am able to do it on my own schedule/time with it being online!

If you are contemplating signing up just do it, you won’t regret it!

Amazing experience

Working with Shaina has honestly been one of the kindest gifts I’ve given to myself. From the very beginning, she’s made me feel supported, seen, and genuinely cared for. Her approach is so gentle yet motivating, and she always knows how to meet me exactly where I’m at, without pressure or judgment.

She celebrates every little win with me (sometimes even before I realize it’s a win!) and reminds me that progress isn’t just about numbers—it’s about confidence, strength, mindset, and self-love. I couldn’t recommend a coach higher…

I couldn’t recommend a coach higher than I recommend Shaina. She’s the real deal. If you’re on the fence - jump at the opportunity to work with this all star. You won’t regret it and your future life is waiting!

When I came to Shaina, I was over stressed, defeated, and at my highest weight after having two kids and working full time at a high intensity job. I didn’t know how to improve my situation and lose the weight. Over the course of 8 months, Shaina helped me lose 58 lbs without making the process overwhelming, but instead making it manageable with my lifestyle. She helped me focus on one habit at a time until I had shifted my lifestyle to better serve me and my family. Not only did she help me lose a tremendous amount of weight, but she helped me shift my mindset, get strong, gain self confidence, and gain a new identity in the process. I now show up as a much better version of myself and my life is forever improved. Not only that, but the lives of those around me are also benefited as I show up as a better mom, wife, daughter, friend. I also got promoted at work after working with Shaina which I attribute to me showing up as a better version of myself - with more brainpower, energy and confidence. That’s also translated to me taking more professional risks with starting my own business. Thank you for everything, Shaina! You’re the absolute best.

Your GO TO health/nutrition coach!

I’ve been coaching with Shaina for over a year with amazing results from fat loss to muscle gain phase. It doesn’t matter what your health and nutrition goal is, Shaina is very knowledgeable and experienced to support you in creating a plan that works best for you, wherever you are. I’m 45 and going through hormonal changes so we’ve adjusted along the way with great results. Invest in you! Highly recommend

Highly recommend!!

I signed up with Shaina when I was a year postpartum. I was the heaviest I had ever been and was really starting to struggle doing things that I used to have no issues doing. This is the first time I have truly invested in my health after many years of chasing fad diets and quick fixes. It's honestly the best decision I could have made as I am 35 lbs down and am feeling like myself again.

Working with Shaina has helped me shift my mindset away from the "all or nothing" diet mentality. I've learned how to fit in the foods or social activities I used to think weren't do-able because I was "dieting", without sacrificing my progress. Shaina's coaching style is the perfect blend of being motivational while also being supportive when life inevitably throws a curveball. She is super personable, knowledgeable and attentive and I love how the workouts she puts together for me takes injuries and other limitations into consideration. Having Shaina as a coach has been an incredibly positive experience and I highly recommend her!

Shaina is amazing

Shaina is amazing! I worked with her for about eight months in 2022. However, I couldn’t continue my weight loss journey because I was in nursing school and had to quit my job. She checked on me even afterward, showing me she cared about me and my health. Thankfully, life made it possible to work with her again. I recommend Shaina to everyone who asked me how I lost weight and kept it off. She has taught me so much, and I am blessed to have her help me maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term. I am grateful to have her part of my life. She is genuinely a wonderful, beautiful human being.

Coaching with Shaina is a game changer!

When I found Shaina as a coach, I was at my highest weight ever and felt hopeless. Coaching with Shaina has changed everything. Shaina has guided me through what it means to be in a calorie deficit and taught me that it does not have to mean deprivation. Finding balance in both my nutrition and my exercise has made all the difference. Shaina has helped me to understand that my “all or nothing” approach was not sustainable and that it does not have to be “hard” to be effective. She challenges my limiting beliefs and thought patterns and helps me to reframe my self talk. I know that this time I am finally making a lifestyle change. Now, 5 months in and over 30 pounds down, I am excited to continue this journey with Shaina to the end and finally be successful at maintenance as well. If you are ready to make a change and want a new approach, coaching with Shaina is absolutely the missing piece you are after!

I have been working with Shaina for a…

I have been working with Shaina for a while now. She has guided me throughout my fitness journey. From losing 20lb to my first bulk ever!! I can genuinely say she has helped me become a better version of myself. She taught me how to troubleshoot and use different strategies to make sure I succeed. Sainna didn't just thought me about nutrition and working out, but helped me create new habits and ditch old ones to ensure I would be able to stay in a happy place. I have learned along the way to love working out for the sake of moving my body, to enjoy all the foods I like and mostly to love my body.

Working with Shaina was a dream, honestly such a caring and considerate coach! She is encouraging, not strict. I love how I could still eat the foods I love, while achieving my weight loss goals. Do not wait to invest in yourself!

I can’t say enough great things about Shainakfit! Shaina has supported me through a journey of losing ~4-5 per month consistently!
Virtual coaching has been an exceptional way for me to have a health and wellness coach. As a mom of three boys under 5 yrs old I would never have been able to get to a gym to meet a trainer.
Shania has a proven flow of goal setting, habit forming rituals as well as community, content and 1:1 meetings, communication and check ins.
My life looks 180 degrees different than it did 6 months ago and I’m very proud of that.
This is not just weight loss, it’s life management and life style formation to meet your goals.
I have a different relationship with food, movement, sleep, and myself.

Shaina is a truly wonderful coach

Shaina is a truly wonderful coach. Over the several months that we worked together, Shaina continuously supported, guided and motivated me whilst helping me achieve my fitness goals. She has an extensive amount of knowledge in regards to both exercise and nutrition which has helped me gain confidence whilst training and a better understanding on how to have a healthy yet flexible lifestyle. Worth Every Penny

Shaina is an amazing coach. Her tailored approach to nutrition and personalized workouts have made the pounds melt off - and I still get to eat the foods I love. Shaina takes the time to understand what works for me, my schedule, and my body, and it shows. I’ve lost 47lbs in 6 months, and I have my life back - and I know how to keep it off! Shaina is a dream coach!

In the six months we've worked together, Shaina not only helped me to exceed my weight loss goal, but also provided invaluable education on nutrition, fitness, and overall healthy habits. My high-carb, high-sugar diet has been replaced with protein and fiber-filled foods. Shaina taught me how to incorporate these foods and the importance they play in our bodies. Exercise had never been part of my life, but now I've learned the benefits of walking and strength training. Shaina worked with me to develop workout plans that I enjoy. I'm so happy with how I look and how I feel. The changes I've made are now my norm and I'm beyond grateful for how Shaina has improved my life and my health.

Shaina is a terrific coach!

Shaina is a terrific coach! I started working with Shaina about a year ago as a “last ditch effort” to convince my doctor that I don’t need to go on weight loss medications. Over this past year, she has helped me to understand the ins and outs of nutrition, has pushed me with progressively more challenging workouts that I enjoy, has been available to me to answer any questions I have, and has been a consistent source of support and encouragement. I can honestly say that I am not the same person I was when I started this journey! I am healthier, more energetic, I feel like I have more hours in the day, and I truly have a new lifestyle. Not only does my doc no longer want to put me on weight loss meds, but he plans to take me off my blood pressure meds next visit because of my progress. I can’t wait to see where this journey continues to take me!
