We've been using Seravo for hosting our WordPress sites, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. When a security vulnerability was detected on one of our older sites, the team acted swiftly and transparently: identifying the issue, fixing it, and walking us through exactly what had happened and what to do next.

Great and fast service
Service is always great and fast and tickets are usually resolved within 24 hours.
We would like a service/portal where we could more easily see exactly what packages and domains we are paying for, now I ask for an Excel file ever few months which takes a bit of time from everyone. Although the customer service team is always happy to provide the file!

We have been using Seravo for many years, and the communication is always easy and replies are swift.
They also have a handy set of shell commands for various uses (e.g. restarting nginx, flushing caches, backups etc.).
Highly recommended!
