We ordered an article anticipating the promised 2-5 working days delivery time for which we paid an expensive delivery fee of 10 (!) EUR. However it did not arrive within the promised max of 5 delivery days, and therefore we were not able to retrieve it in time.
Scummy company. Dangerous gear.
Going through it with this company. They sent me a bag that couldn't perform in the conditions specified because of their defective zipper. I got warranty work done (almost against my will) and the work failed. When I tried to submit 1 star reviews they sent the reviews to a ticketing system instead.
