Kyle was quick to act on our problem, gave me a call with an update and had this resolved in no time so we could get back to our customers promptly.
Karl was absolutely amazing in getting this sorted, and was very quick to respond and help us out. Would call daily to give an update and check in x
Do not touch this company with a 20 foot barge pole. Firstly you will get a different account manager every other week, then whenever you need help absolutely no one will get back to you. Multiple times we told them we are required to have call recordings yet for over a month no calls were recorded and stored (still charged us for the storage though), also had multiple days where our phone lines have not worked at all. When you finally have enough and cancel the service they will continue to try to bill you despite telling you multiple times that everything has been cancelled. Also tried to bill us after we cancelled as ‘we hadn't notified them that we we’re happy with our new provider’. Complete joke of a company. New provider is over half the price and infinitely more competent. Their staff may also occasionally ask you if you have any jobs available, which is always an encouraging sign

Voicemail Issue fixed in no time at all. 
A colleague had been experiencing issues with her voicemail for some time.  I raised the issue with Fiona and it was sorted the next day.  Excellent service.
SCG were great…. Very quick to react and saved us money, we changed all our company mobiles as we already have there landlines, Tom Smith kept us up to date and everything went smoothly…. Excellent service!!!!
I was about to cancel my contract with this Company because previous account Managers have been useless! However - things changed completely when my new Account Manager Coral Fraser took over, she was a breathe of fresh air and could not do enough to help. You still have to be very careful what you are signing up to and be very aware of annual RPI increases!!

Our account manager Riley went the extra mile to find a solution to our broadband bandwidth problem (the old supplier Plusnet was only able to offer a service with maximum 2mb download). We now have a 100mb SDSL service which is full fibre and is amazing. We haven’t had any problems and would highly recommend SCG.

Our account manager - Stephanie - is brilliant, so helpful and efficient, she always gets things done and sorts out any problems or questions as soon as she can - amazing!  The support is great if she is not available; there is always someone else who can help - can't ask for anything more..... 
Fiona is on the ball, she has been very helpfull through out the process of getting a new handset out to me ASAP along with the set up process.
