Worst service ,While the onboarding process went smoothly and my client manager, Preethi, was excellent responsive and helpful with every issue I raised the core paid service fell far short of what I was promised.

I paid $800 for applications andadd-ons, specifically a Personal Recruiter and Resume Customization. During my onboarding call, I clearly stated that I wanted jobs that closely matched my profile. Instead, my Personal Recruiter, Deepthi, repeatedly delegated jobs that were unrelated to my profile and in entirely different industries. I flagged this multiple times and asked her to delegate quality, relevant roles, but nothing changed.

On top of that, the human assistants applied to these mismatched jobs using resumes that did not fit the roles. They applied blindly, without rechecking whether the resume or job actually matched my profile. This was only acknowledged as a mistake after I flagged it no one caught it proactively. Out of roughly 400 applications, a significant number were irrelevant to my field.

This wasted an entire month of my time. I’m requesting a full refund of the $800 I paid for the Resume Customization and Personal Recruiter add-ons, as the service delivered was not what I paid for. Being offered a refund for only 382 (of the applications/amount) is not acceptable given the scope of the errors, which were on your team’s side.

Overall, my experience with Scale.jobs has been positive. It saved me a significant amount of time by handling job applications, allowing me to focus on interview preparation and networking. The process was smooth, though I recommend reviewing the submitted applications to ensure they match your target roles and preferences. It's a helpful service for streamlining the job search, but success still depends on your résumé, networking, and interview performance.

Scale.Jobs provides an excellent service - If you're like me and tired of filling out endless job apps in the current job market: consider that working with Scale.Jobs is an investment in yourself - you're getting the time in your day that you would otherwise spend applying to jobs back to do whatever you want.

The platform works. I am a highly skilled individual so my job search was already difficult. Before scale.jobs I found the biggest friction point was the applying itself, very time consuming. I used scale.jobs to apply to a little over a thousand jobs. After about three months of using the platform I got a job offer from one of the places that scale.jobs applied to. I would highly recommend this platform. I would also say everything done is fully within your control - they use your information that you provide to apply for you - only to the jobs you delegate. Delegating is very easy, there is a whole system they've built for going through available jobs and it's much easier this way. Like using a power tool instead of a screwdriver. The platform allows you to apply more, faster, more consistently, and in an organized way. The staff are friendly and helpful. The onboarding session was important so don't skip that.

I found out about this service because of the founder's posts on LinkedIn when I got laid off. I opted for the personal recruiter + tailored resumes. I was able to communicate my exact specifications to the recruiter, and she was actively making changes based on them. This removed the stress of applications, and I was able to focus on getting referrals and preparing for job search. For the interviews I got, I was able to do very well.
