This is a great alternative to polish and getting manicures. It has a bit of a learning curve to get it just right, but it’s easy to use and looks great!

I was automatically enrolled in a subscription without realising it, as this was not made sufficiently clear during the purchase process.
Unlike every other subscription service I use, there was no reminder or pre-dispatch email giving me the opportunity to review, amend or cancel the upcoming order. Instead, the first email I received was confirmation that the item had already been dispatched.
The company clearly knows this is a problem because one of the cancellation options is "I didn't realise I'd signed up to a subscription".
Cancelling was also far more difficult than it needed to be. The process involved multiple screens, repetitive questions, and what felt like deliberate attempts to discourage cancellation. The placement of the "Cancel" and "Continue" buttons frequently changed, making it easy to select the wrong option by mistake.
This is not the level of transparency or customer service consumers should expect. The company's subscription practices deserve closer scrutiny.

This is an amazing product. I’ve always had pretty good nails, but, after surgery and just getting older, my nails began to split, crack and got ridges.
After using this for about 3 months my nails are beautiful. I use it every morning and every night. It is so easy! No more splitting, cracking or ridges. And, they grow so quickly that I have to file them because they get too long. Thank you!

Its easy to order and easy to use. A lot cheaper than going to the salon and just as effective. It is also not as harmful on my nails.

I can already see my nails are more hydrated. Looking much better. Recommend this nail treatment for the more mature ladies.

I wanted to cancel my subscription. The response was quick and helpful.

I received a faulty set, they had a chip in one wrap, and the team were so helpful in getting a replacement sent to me.

Purchased buy two get two free starter kit to try as they have 100 day money back guarantee i though, why not.

Received my parcel and tried my first set, they were horrendous and actually looked and felt like stickers on my nails. lasted 1days.

I reached out to request my return under my 100day money back guarantee and andy further subscriptions cancelled.

They refused and said i had 30day since delivery to return unsured items at my own cost and i would receive a partial refund for two sets. They advised i can be refunded for two sets under the 100day guarantee which is not specified on their website.

I requested the refund for the two sets as by the time i sent them back recorded delivery i would only be due £2/3 extra refund.

They fail to refund the two sets instead they take extra payment of a extra set then on top of that they didn’t action my request and they took another £45 from my account.

I have tried to speak to them but it seems to be a bot as i am going around in circles.

This company seems to be untrustworthy, i will be reporting the to trading standards for the miss advertising.

Sassy Saints nail wraps are fantastic and my real nails thank me.

DO NOT ORDER

Firstly, they will secretly subscribe you. I bought a trail box, and at no point did it plainly notify me that this would turn into a subscription. I see loads of reviews here saying the same. The amount that leaves your account next will be double.

Secondly, I messaged them immediately to cancel the order. They messaged me back 37 minutes after the order had been placed and said that they couldn't cancel it as they work quickly.

Thirdly, the nails are rubbish. They curl up on every side and get stuck on things. For example, your hair gets stuck underneath the nails.

Absolutely woeful.

I don’t like the automated refill for your product at all !! which is why I cancelled as I was not aware it was a pre fill automated order!

Haven’t used the products from first order as yet and I get the automated refill order four weeks later.

Will trial them and look at giving away my second order for a friend to trial.
