Lost package and poor service
The parcel never arrived and although contact with both PostNL and Sneakin self, a reimbursement of the lost package never took place. Last time buying anything from Sneakin, that’s for sure!

Very disappointing experience with Sneak’In.
I ordered a pair of loafers and never actually received the package, despite the tracking being marked as “delivered.” The so-called “proof of delivery” only repeated my address and mentioned a “safe place,” but there was no delivery photo and no parcel anywhere to be found.
I checked the indicated location, parcel lockers, around the building, and with neighbors multiple times. I also contacted PostNL directly again, and they told me they could not locate the parcel because the driver likely did not deliver it correctly.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. They were not helpful and did not provide any meaningful resolution beyond repeating the tracking status. I paid for a product that I never received, yet getting proper support or a replacement has been unnecessarily difficult.
Would not recommend based on my experience.

Needs better service

To me, this is not service.

Ordered shoes on the 9th of July and…
placed an order for shoes on July 9th, and as of today 17 days later I have not received anything. There has been no communication from your side, and I have not been provided with any tracking information. It only says that the package is registered for shipping but not picked up. I have also tried contacting you via phone, but the number provided does not work. I am becoming increasingly concerned about the status of my order.
