I placed an order on 2nd July. Its now been a full 45 working days and ive still not received the shirt. The tracking number doesn't exist and no one replies to emails or messages. Complete scam site. Please stay away. Ill be contacting my bank first thing Monday to initiate a charge back

Great shirt with a design that brings back some good memories. The colours look even better in person, while the material is comfortable to wear.

I've wanted an England 1986 shirt for a long time and I'm glad I finally picked one up. The colours look great and the fit has a nice vintage feel to it. Delivery was well organised and the updates made it easy to keep track of the order.

This company is defnitely not to be trusted - proper scammers who just take your money. 6 months after order and no receipt I put a review on this site and they contacted me saying they'd sort it if I took the review down. I took it down, they didn't respond to any of my chasing emails and it's now been well over a year. AVOID - do not GIVE them your money. I'd give them zero stars if I had the option. CROOKS.

I ordered an Ireland football shirt from SM Retro on 11 June 2026, it is now 25 August 2026, and no sign of any shirt. No response to my numerous emails or their Website contact form. The tracking number shows “No Data Found”. Dodgy company, do not use. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Rogue thieves, is a compliment!!!

Ordered a retro shirt in October 2025. Never received it. It's now August 2026. Chased it up a few times, got various excuses, but given up now. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
They are scammers - avoid.

Can’t do zero! Haven’t received my shirt, it’s not available any longer on the site. Repeatedly emails have failed to be answered. I imagine they’ve set their grift up by now in another name. Don’t buy.

Money gone, got a confirmation email after waiting over a year, saying order completed, order hasn't been completed at all No shirt No refund, avoid!!!Absolute scammers Be warned!! Through the whole process kept sending tracking that never actually worked, they're very good a conning you!! AVOID 100%

Shirt never arrived (now 12 months after ordering) despite many many e-mails to chase

I paid for a football shirt at the start of June. Item never received and despite several attempts to contact never received a response either. Will be in contact with my bank for a refund. Avoid!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I did not read reviews until after I ordered. I have no goods and as yet no refund.

They ignore all communiocation.

The tracking code, it links to a website that asks you to input your credit card to get updates.

Personal choice if you use, but you won't receive any goods.

Will happily update the review if they prove me wrong but after 3 months waiting and ignoring all communication I want to warn all other potential buyers.

I ordered a shirt back in May 2026, its now August 2026 and it has still not arrived. The tracking number i was given shows nothing and despite numerous emails to SM Retro no replies or explanation. They are a bunch a scammers!

Item never arrived and no response to emails

Placed my order more than 3 weeks ago now. Other than order confirmation emails I've heard nothing. Have written twice to request updates and have heard nothing. Have now written requesting that I get an update today or I will raise a dispute with visa and get a refund. Very disappointing.

They have taken my money and I have received nothing, got a confirmation to say I had an order number but have not heard anything since. Ordered March 26 and now in August 26 and not a peep. I have emailed with no reply and now my account says no orders pending. Such a shame as the kits look great, but avoid avoid avoid!

took my money... confirmed the order then absolutely nothing.. do not waste your time and money.. lodged a money return claim with American Express..

it took about 7 weeks to arrive, but then they admit that, plus they keep you informed via email. the shirt itself it absolutely beautiful. better than any score draw. very, very happy with my, ultra rare, '78 Keegan England shirt.
