Good product and service
Product was delivered and quality is good. Got what I wanted that wasn't available elsewhere. Only issue was that there was no mention of the shipment country, which was the US and ordering to Europe can be a bit of a hassle. But received the package without any extra cost like vat or customs. I contacted the company about this and they were helpful and response was fast. This was very good.

Misleading information - sold in Finland, but cannot be used in Finland
Misleading information: I purchased the product from NineLife Finland, but the electric product was for US market use only (US plug + 120 V use) and cannot be used as such in Finland. When I wanted to return the product, they did not accept the return, proposed to ship an electricity converter instead. I am extremely dissatisfied!

Misleading EU / US location
The product was sent from US not EU, adding costs that were not visible during purchase.
There is a misleading online shop with local countrys name, the invoice for order shoes only EU shipping and then the product actually ships from the US.
The end cost being double then original price indicated.

US sending can happen - Customs fees but refund done -
The products I ordered were shipped from the US, and I had to pay customs fees.
But the after-sales service finally took care of the costs and reimbursed me for this unforeseen event.

Careful with customs
Products are great. Shipping was ok, maybe a bit slow because of Christmas season, but still fine. However, I bought the items from a Finnish site and they came from USA and had to pay customs. I was not aware of the items coming g from outside the European Union as the site was Finnish. Was an unpleasant surprise.
