I contacted this company because I was looking for legal assistance with purchasing a house. I received a callback, but I was told they could not help me because I do not speak Danish. The representative was able to speak enough English to tell me that she would only communicate in Danish, but made no effort to assist me further.
If this company does not provide services to English-speaking clients, this should be clearly stated on their website before people waste their time contacting them.
As an international resident in Denmark, I found this experience disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on how I was treated.

Unfortunately, we do not offer legal advice in English. This is primarily due to our professional liability insurance and because property transactions often involve complex legal matters. This is particularly important in situations where English is not the native language of one or both parties, as even small misunderstandings can have significant legal consequences.

Refuse to work with internationals
Unfortunately if you are not fluent in Danish they refuse to work with you.
Fortunately there are a lot other companies that are a lot more welcoming to internationals compared to them.

No English command.
This review is in regard to a real estate purchase in Copenhagen as an EU citizen. I chose the nemadvokat due to the reviews in Trustpilot, but I was extremely disappointing with the level of professionalism and English. At the beginning, NemAdvokat confirmed that all communication will be in English. However, the majority of emails I received were in Danish and after inquiry to some specifics the terminology was not clarified. Furthermore, we had several contact points - requiring sometimes the information that have been already provided to some other person, which caused misunderstandings and exchange of unnecessary emails. The NemAdvokat also lacked general understanding (or failed to explain it) in regard to the court system and change of specific information. I have been told that I need to figure it out myself. The level of the care and interest of NemAdvokat was extremely low. If you wish to serve international clientele, the form of the service needs to substantially change.

Fine at law, horrible at everything else.
Their knowladge in the law is fine as far as i undertood. but everything else is lacking. They make mistakes that makes the customer pay extra and wont reimburse even though it was a mistake on their part. in addition my case was over about 6 months ago and i stil havent gotten my invoice, and ive contacted them several times, each time promising they will get back to me shortly. aparently shortly is more than 1 months wait.
