It’s painful that they don’t respond to me anymore after having my medical certificate done. One of the workers told me they don’t operate with the autoscuola in Teramo anymore. I told her to transfer me to different autoscuola in Rome so I do the exams both theory and practicals but it’s been 2 weeks and nothing has happened. So sad I trusted them a lot

The price and advantages seems interesting but it doesn't worth the headache even if its half the price
Customer support is somewhat non existent and the number keep changing and says that its not available anymore and im waitnig for my visita medica and to be honest i dont know what to do if they dont book it or many others said the booking ties are really late so at this stage i have considered my money gone unless the process goes and i have at least SOMETHING TO CONTACT for the advertised 24/7 SUPPORT not even answering the whatsapp like hopeless

I chose Guida e Vai because I liked the idea of a modern, digital alternative to traditional driving schools, especially as an expat in Italy. I purchased the €499 package at the end of November 2025, expecting a smoother and more efficient process.

Unfortunately, my experience became extremely frustrating.

After enrolling, I was told I needed to obtain an anamnestico medical certificate, which required additional payment. I completed that quickly because they informed me the medical visit (“visita medica”) would be scheduled within 3 weeks. However, weeks turned into months with no appointment scheduled.

I contacted customer support many times for updates, but the issue remained unresolved. After months of waiting, they suddenly told me I needed to obtain another anamnestico certificate because the previous one had expired due to their delays. This was very disappointing since the delay was not caused by me.

When I requested a reimbursement, it was declined, even though the service timelines originally communicated were not respected. After repeated follow-ups and ongoing frustration, they finally scheduled the visit again — but only after asking me to pay for the medical visit upfront first, with the promise that reimbursement would come later after additional follow-up.

As an expat, this process felt stressful, unclear, and far from consumer-centric. The digital business model sounds innovative in theory, but in practice the customer support and operational management were disappointing. Instead of simplifying the process, I often felt trapped in endless delays and bureaucracy.

I really wanted to support a new online initiative instead of a traditional driving school, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. There is significant room for improvement in communication, scheduling reliability, and customer care.

They BLACKMAILED ME TO WRITE a fake positive review Here only to book my drivning exam after i was waiting 1,5 year. I had to redo all My doctors visists because they ignored me for 8 months no phone answer nothing. I have already issued This to my lawyer in Brescia and i will soon expose this whole Scam..

I made a payment for the subscription for 4,90 euros for the materials. I used my phone number to link the payment and I have just received the payment invoice. I do not have any material sent or any instructions! No active support and all they focus is on marketing!
