Kontaktede Nielpryde.com via mail, for spørgsmål til en konkret våddragt på deres site som jeg skulle have info om. Jeg skriver til dem via Kontaktformularen på hjemmesiden, der kommer intet svar retur. Derefter finder jeg en mail adresse til dem, hvor de venligt og imødekommende beder mig sende kropsdata så vil de hjælpe med den helt korrekte størrelse, som jeg sender samme dag. Derefter 100% radiotavshed, på trods af gentagne mails fra min side. Besynderlig og ringe service fra et internationalt mærke inden for windsurfing og vandsport.

Bonjour je tenais a partager mon expérience suite a l achat d un mât spx rdm 70cc 370cm de 2023. Utilise 1 fois et qui c est rompu sous sa simple tension !!! On affirme que c'est moi le responsable de la casse...

Sachez qu'il n y a pas de garantie de 2 ans et que la publicité de mât incassable est fausse!!

Le SAV se moque de vous et ne réponds pas a vos e-mails!!

Je deconseil !!!
