I have ordered twice from this company. The first order just before Xmas did take quite a long time to get to me, they did say it would due to Covid and Xmas. I was concerned at first as it took a number of weeks to get to me. When I received my order, a Xmas jumper, I am really pleased with the quality, very warm. Very good value for money. My second order came within 3 days and once again I am pleased with the quality.

Fantastic and High-Quality Mens Fleece and Exodous jackets I bought!!! This is what I was looking for. A great Fleece warm jacket and good looking one! Exodous jacket is so warm and well designed, perfectly fit on the size I requested, great delivery options and quick. never buy again ever ver bad campany

I bought one pair of men winter boots , on Sunday evening and Monday before mid day was handed to DHL for delivery . Suppose to receive my boots on Tuesday but because of the condition of whether I receive on Thursday , I think is not bud at all 3 days for delivery coming from Germany . Thank you Nebulus .

This Company should be avoided. I ordered two Jackets on December 4th. We paid for priority delivery.

We received the order on Dec 21st but there was an error in the order as we received a Ladies Shell Jacket in Green and not the Mens Jacket for my son.
We contacted Nebulus on Dec 21st.

As of today (Feb 9th) the replacement coat still has not been issued for delivery.

Overall the Customer Service is extremely poor.

On the Jacket I did receive the quality is really poor the stitching in the pocket opened with an hour of wearing.

We ordered 150$ worth of merchandise from this company on January 2 and we still have not received anything from this company and we also paid 16 $ extra for expedited shipping and we have no way of speaking to them about it can someone please help us? Is this a real business?? Did we get scammed

Hi, I bought a Graffity winter jacket, Pavo fleece sweater and a Norwegian pullover (Canadian) and have some reviews:

+ Colours and size (M) as expected, agrees quite well with description
+ Ok delivery time (10 days to Sweden)

- Quality is quite poor, but just somewhat disapointing when relating to price. Quality is very far from what can be expected by their "normal" prices. If paying their full price, I would return the goods.
- The Norwegian Pullower didn't handle washing very well even when following the instructions washing it inside out. The white lining is now all over the place and it does not look nice on the red and dark blue colours. Don't buy this if you are going to wash it.

Short delivery time, a few days from Germany to Denmark. Not top quality but not top prices either. Good value for the money which in my case was discount prices for all 4 items I bought. Won't hesitate to shop here again.

Boots of wrong size delivered. Delivery cost not refunded, have lost £25 on that order.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, paid 450 euros 1.5 month ago for ski clothes i think i will never see. But they money they have and keep it. Not possible to contact them by phone, no answers from their customer service to my emails.

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought! Definitely would have been annoyed if I had paid full price for it but think it’s not even worth a quarter what I paid! Should send it back but don’t think I can be bothered with the hassle! Will never buy from them again. Quality is not good!

Very poor quality and workmanship. Avoid.

Worst service ever. I would never order from them again. I have been waiting for a month for a gilet and fleece. I notice too that their sale prices are a fraud , clothes are actually more expensive than they were at Christmas. They don’t communicate to tell you any information, just to confirm the order and take your money. I am so cross .

Appalling, please avoid. Goods were paid for but never arrived and Nebulus customer service which you cannot contact by phone only email, would not help.

Poor quality thin material. Not worthy skiwear will not keep you warm. Customer service appalling, did not answer questions and l asked several times for a refund, wouldn’t refund me my money... constantly told me goods on route.

So I ordered a jacket on December 6 and still dont have it on January 13 so I check my email and I have one from the telling me I cant get my order now because it is not in production no more so for them to advertise it during the holidays and you give them more than enough time to get it to you and then they come back and say they cant send it after I done paid is bull they will get what's coming to them...

VERY POOR Bangladesh quality! Fantastic, promising website pictures - in reality you get typical market stall cloth. Ordered AM sweat jacket. I am sure you can get better quality in Primark for 1/5 of the price.
I would say, very fast delivery (24h from DE to UK). but I paid for it £12, which was the only available option...
Sorry to give bad review, as I don't like to do it, but it is what it is.

I ordered mine on 22 December - but they warned me in the email it could take up to two weeks. I received it today, considering the COVID-19 problems I an understand delay. I got a receipt in my confirmation email, so would have used that to return if I needed to. Very happy with my jacket and fleece.

Ordered something for Christmas in mid-Nov. Never came. They sent me to the Brussels post office several times to no avail.
