I had a really good experience with Nextgenpeptides. I ordered 2 bottles, but due to low stock they could only ship one first. They kept me updated the whole time and were very responsive on WhatsApp, which I really appreciated.

When the second shipment was ready, they even included an extra bottle as compensation for the delay. Super kind, thoughtful, and genuinely a trustworthy seller. Highly recommended.

Disrespectful attitude, ineffective product.

Also, the Kvk entry for the company is something you should see yourself: This is a dodgy provider.

On 9 July 2026, I placed an order for three products through NextGenPeptides.nl. At the time of ordering, none of the products were marked as out of stock during the ordering process as per the sites refund policy.

On 10 July, I received an email confirming that my order had been dispatched with no mention of products being out of stock as indicated would be the case by the refund policy that states "You can see when a product is on backorder during the ordering process. This information is also included in the confirmation email you receive from us."

Later that same day, the package arrived, but it was missing one of the products that I had already paid for.

Only after I contacted customer support via WhatsApp was I informed that they did not have stock of the missing item and might receive it the following week.

At no stage before dispatch was I informed that they were out of stock. There was:

No indication on the website that the item was unavailable.
No email advising me of the stock issue.
No opportunity to choose whether to wait or receive a refund before they shipped an incomplete order.

As I was due to leave The Netherlands I would not be available to receive a delayed shipment, I requested a refund for the missing item. Support asked me to send a payment request, which I did immediately using a Wise payment link.

Since this all occurred on Friday, 10 July, I reasonably expected the refund to be processed by Monday, 13 July.

When no refund had been received, I contacted support again and was told:

"This is in progress but we dont have a Wise account."

I contacted my bank, who confirmed that the refund could still be processed by simply following the payment request link, regardless of which bank the merchant uses. I forwarded these instructions to NextGenPeptides.nl and received the response:

"Ok will check"

My bank then advised me to request a specific refund deadline from the merchant before opening a formal dispute. I requested that the refund be processed by 17:30 on 13 July 2026.

The only response I received was:

"Oke!"

As of 19 July 2026, I have:

Still not received a refund.
Received no further communication or updates.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. Accepting payment for products that are unavailable, shipping an incomplete order without informing the customer, and then failing to process a requested refund within a reasonable time demonstrates very poor customer service and business practices.

I have retained the order confirmation, WhatsApp conversations, payment request, and correspondence as required by my bank, and can be made available to Trustpilot, and being provided to the relevant consumer protection authorities which I am currently dealing with.

After receiving the incomplete order I noticed that the contents for two different items had the same batch numbers.
When compared to an order a friend received for completely different products, they too had identical batch numbers to mine, which raises more questions about the products supplied.

I hope this review helps other consumers make an informed decision before purchasing from this merchant.

They where really helpfull. I ordered 2 from them and they send it really fast. It makes the food noise less active. Sometimes it doesnt work as good as the other time, but i think that that are because off the hormones that the female body produces

Superb quality of products and excellent after sell attention

I bought Retatrutide 10 mg but didn't reduce my appetite; in fact, I felt hungrier. 😣

I Ordered peptide pens (Reta + GHK‑Cu) based on claims of “lab‑tested” and “full transparency.”

Instead what I got was:

A completely unlabeled retatrutide pen – no product name, mg strength, batch, or expiry. Given that this company sells many different peptides in identical pen format, and multiple Reta strengths, there is a serious risk you are not receiving what you ordered.

A GHK‑Cu pen where support pointed me to a COA on their website for a 100 mg batch with a different lot/expiry than my 50 mg pen. When I asked how to link that COA to my actual vial, they admitted they cannot match individual products to specific COAs or labels, only that it’s “the same raw material.”

After I raised my concerns they said they “do not do refunds” and offered only to send a loose label for the unlabeled pen.

For a research product, this is unacceptable. The pens I received were not as described and cannot be traced or verified against any batch‑specific lab result, creating a real risk that you’re injecting something other than what you think you bought.

I’ve been ordering from them for a while. Reliable product with good results. They are really great at communication as well. I had a package that was delayed, which is out of the ordinary for them, and anytime I emailed them they got back to me always within the same day.

From the 2 of June that you answer to my review until now I don't have my order . You was so rude and I don't have more time to wait . It's time to go to police.

nextgen sent me contaminated products and after they said they would send replacements, instead they ghosted me and have failed to send replacements. my recommendation is to find another peptide company to do business with

Nextgen has been great. No issues got shipment in 3 days. Quality product

I have placed a total of three orders through NG and haven't had an issue. Sometimes certain research peptides aren't available, but they have a notification option for when it's back in stock. They give ample notification of when your order is received, processed, shipped and expected to be delivered. All my deliveries have come as promised.

Fast friendly service and the reta rocks.

So far so good! Products are definitely above average compared to the other peptide companies and the packaging I have to say is the best I've ever seen! So definitely looking forward to doing business with these guys in the future and definitely have been referring other people to them! So far so good :-)

So far,
my experience with the NextGen has been very, but very positive.
The peptides seem to be legit —at least they work for me—
and the shipping is incredibly fast.

There was even an issue with a bank transaction at one point,
and NextGen resolved it exactly as stated on the website in case of any problems.

I have been purchasing peptides for weight loss for about 2 months now with this company. I was very skeptical and did my research and after doing so I’m glad I did because this is who I’m staying with .

I am a repeat buyer (this is my 12th order) and will continue to be. Products are excellent quality, now tested 6x. Customer service is stellar and shipping is very quick. Packaging is the best I’ve seen. Highly Recommend!!
