I had a really positive experience with NALITS Ltd. I joined with a Software Engineering background and wanted to move into Data Engineering. The training, guidance, and support I received helped me make that transition and build confidence in a new area.

In June 2025, I took a big step in my career and joined NALITS Ltd (formerly Open Consulting) to train as a Full Stack Software and Data Engineer. Looking back, it was the best decision I could have made. I didn't just learn theory; I got to dive deep into tools like Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, and Python, gaining the kind of practical experience that builds true confidence.

But what made this journey special wasn't just the tech, it was the people. When it came time for client interviews, the team stood right by my side, coaching me through the nerves until I felt completely ready. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Naitik and Vinod. Your guidance and constant support changed everything for me.

The workplace felt like a community. On my last day, the team even threw me a farewell party, a beautiful gesture that I will always remember. This experience taught me so much about myself, helping me discover my strengths and grow into the professional I am today. Because of this supportive environment, I successfully landed my job here in the UK. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at NALITS for believing in me and helping me kickstart this next chapter.

NALITS gave me my first professional opportunity in the UK after completing my Master's degree. During my five months with the company, I transitioned from a traditional data engineering background to learning modern cloud data engineering technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, and dbt.

The hands-on project experience was particularly valuable, as it allowed me to apply my learning in real-world scenarios and grow professionally. I am grateful for the support, guidance, and mentorship I received, especially from Naitik, whose teaching and encouragement played an important role in my development.

I had a very positive experience with NALITS Ltd (previously Open Consulting) during an important stage of my professional journey in the UK.

I initially joined with a background in mobile application development, and through working with the team I was able to broaden my experience into full-stack software and data engineering. I later had the opportunity to gain practical experience through the AccuStream project and an external client engagement, which gave me valuable exposure to working on real-world technology projects and within professional delivery environments.

The team also supported me beyond the technical work, including CV development, interview preparation, professional references and general guidance while I was establishing my career in the UK.

That experience contributed positively to my professional development, and I have since progressed into my current role as an AI Engineer at Currys Digital.
