Dålig kommunikation
Poor communication from them, and the promised delivery date was not kept, despite the comparatively high delivery cost. Norfloor skyller kanske på DHL för att leveransen dröjade, men att använda DHL är ju deras val, inte mitt. I am speculating about what caused the delay because I received no explanation or apology from Norfloor customer service when I enquired.
