Buyer beware - no refunds
I forgot I signed up for the 12 week trial. Never used it. Got busy with work. Do not recall receiving a notice trial was ending and I would be charged $158.xx. When I saw the pending charge on my account I cancelled immediately. Reputable companies give notice when a trial is ending. They will not refund my money. Buyer beware.

I ordered for a family member. But Nord Pilates took a second large debit.
I ordered for a family member, the basic 28 day exercise program. It is ok, not difficult and so fine for fit and less fit people.
My problem is that 60% into the program, I had and additional R1750 debited from my credit card during the night which I did not instigate, request or authorise. I stopped and later cancelled the card before the transaction was finalised. Hopefully it now bounces. But I may have to pursue an ‘Issue’ with bank if the money is taken.
So, in all honesty I cannot recommend Nord Pilates as they cannot be trusted. Please to everyone, note my experience and make your own careful decision.

Don’t try it auto renew membership will catch you out
If I could give this no stars I would. I tried this for two days, I was asked for feedback after each session and said I wasn’t happy but no follow up. It did not take into consideration any information provided when submitting information about yourself, I am active and the exercises were to me completely useless with no benefit to myself. I was sadly caught out by the auto renewal for subscription which I sadly don’t think I will get my money back on. I don’t think this is clear enough when signing up with no reminders it is coming up, which is clearly where they make their money. I should have known when signing up and the thousand questions asked it would likely only be successful if you sign up to every single costed add on. If this review helps anyone by preventing them wasting their time then at least it was worth my time typing this review. Only positive was when I emailed them about the automatic renewal payment they responded quickly to say I couldn’t get a refund but had cancelled my subscription!

Confusing AI Driven Trickery
Firstly, there was way too much script and too many offers that followed the initial sign up, and I felt tricked by missing the so-called detail about the shocking subscription, I had however cancelled a few days before the payment was still taken, which could only be done by using the contact us page, and was never acknowledged. I asked for my refund which was refused via email. I sent a complaint to PayPal and they said they denied my claim because the transaction was processed correctly.
Please don't bother responding to this bad review to tell me the following automated message: (which is as AI driven as the app, and the coaches are not even real people.)
