I had my mummy makeover surgery at the clinic in August 2026, and my experience from the very beginning to the postoperative care was excellent.

The whole team was polite, professional and well organized. Communication with the logistics department was always clear, quick and helpful, which made all the practical arrangements around travelling and the surgery much easier.

A special thank you goes to Agnė, my customer service representative. She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process – always quick to answer my emails, helpful with every question I had, and very attentive both before and after the surgery. Having someone so responsive made the whole experience much less stressful.

The nurses on the ward were extremely kind, careful and attentive. A special thank you to Gusta, who took care of me during the first hours after my surgery. She was incredibly kind, gentle and attentive at a time when I needed care the most. I always felt that I was being well looked after.

My anesthesiologist was also very kind and reassuring and immediately made me feel that I was in safe and trustworthy hands.

And, of course, a huge thank you to my surgeon, Dr Dobilinskas. He was extremely professional and gave me confidence from the very beginning. I am still in the early stages of recovery, so it is obviously too soon to judge the final result, but I am already very happy with what I can see. His surgical work is incredibly neat, and my incisions and stitches look beautifully done.

A mummy makeover is a major operation, so having confidence in the people taking care of you makes an enormous difference. From the administrative and logistical side to the medical team and postoperative care, I felt supported throughout the entire process.

The best Experience at Nordesthetics Clinic – I Couldn’t Be Happier

I honestly cannot praise Nordesthetics Clinic highly enough. From my very first contact with the clinic through to my surgery, aftercare and returning home, the whole experience has been exceptional.

I travelled from Scotland to Lithuania for a classic facelift, neck lift, brow lift and full-face CO₂ laser with Dr Pajeda. Naturally, travelling abroad for major surgery can feel daunting, but at every stage I felt completely safe, supported and well looked after.

Dr Pajeda was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I met him, I felt at ease. He took his time during my consultation, listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, I wanted to still look like me — just fresher and more like the version of myself I remembered — and I genuinely feel that he understood exactly what I was hoping for. I’m still early in my recovery, but I am already absolutely delighted with my results so far.

The standard of care at Nords was fantastic. Every member of staff I encountered was professional, kind, friendly and reassuring. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I always felt that there was someone there if I needed help or had a question. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent.

The aftercare also deserves a special mention. Recovering away from home could easily have felt overwhelming, but the support I received made such a difference. Everything was extremely well organised, and I felt genuinely cared for rather than simply being treated as another patient.

The clinic itself is modern, spotless and incredibly professional. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and completely reassured me that I had made the right decision travelling to Nords Lithuania for my surgery.

Choosing to have facial surgery is a huge decision, and choosing to have it abroad adds another layer to that decision. Having now been through the experience myself, I would choose Nords and Dr Pajeda again without hesitation.

I’m incredibly grateful to Dr Pajeda and the entire Nords team for looking after me so well and for the results I am already seeing. I’m excited to watch everything continue to heal and settle over the coming months.

For anyone considering Nordesthetics, particularly anyone travelling from the UK and feeling nervous about having surgery abroad, I can genuinely say that my experience has been outstanding from beginning to end.

surgery with simonas kaupas.. in vilunus.both him and the whole team were brilliant. He was exceptionally patient and took lots of time pre and post surgery explaining the proceedures. his english(as was all of the staff) was fluent and the clinic was very clean

to mention if using there apartments..the apartment has no microwave ,one pan only and no key(just a key code) the bed is very low

Had FaceLift, brow lift & upper eyes with Dr Pajeada March 26.
Surgery went smoothly, however day 3, I believed I was developing a Seroma in my neck - so returned seen by a different dr who dismissed my concerns.
Saw Dr P again day 6 (due to weekend and BH) who confirmed Seroma.
Had it expirated 9 times, then 5 stitches neither which worked
Ended up having a drain in which worked.
Ended up staying 30 days post op instead of the planned 12 days.
These things happen- 55yrs non smoker bmi -25
Dr Pajeada was absolutely brilliant with my care and couldn’t have done more to aid my recovery and saw him nearly every day.

I stayed in Old town apartment which I had to change which was fine
Travelshield covered my out of pocket expenses ie accommodation,
Flights and £50 day and extra LDM

My rep Raminta was also brilliant and quick to respond to my emails.

When I returned home I developed dry eyes - opticians and GP were useless so took myself to Manchester eye hospital who prescribed 4 different drops one being a steroid.

This is to say despite your best efforts these things do sometimes happen and to reassure that I had brilliant care with Nordes - so much so my sister is going for the same in a few months.

I’m loving the end results after losing 5 stone 😬

So I had my surgery on the 16 th of July, I had a reduction and breast lift , i seriously could not recommend nords enough from start to finish everything was perfect , all went really well it’s life changing how it makes you feel after I’m so happy with my results x

I have Used Nordesthetics Clinic twice now.

My Rep - Ieva R. - She was amazing, replied to my emails extremely quickly, followed up on any questions I had. She made the booking and payment really easy, but she was also just fantastic at checking in, making sure everything ran like clockwork. Even after my surgery was complete she was checking in on me and made sure I had all the information I needed.

Logistics and Accommodation Management - I stayed in the Nords apartments. Logistics were great, very helpful with messaging and just making sure you were in the right place at the right time, they were faultless. The Accommodation team were also excellent, making sure my apartment was ready and helped with some extra services whilst I was there and allowed me to have an extended check out due to late flight times.

The surgical team were fantastic - Dr Karolis Varkalys was my surgeon both times and I would go back to him for any body procedure, he has changed my life and I am so grateful. His stitching is so precise it looks as though it was done by a machine, it still blows my mind how neat my scars are. The rest of the surgical team were amazing, so friendly and reassuring. I felt in the safest of hands at all times.

The aftercare - brilliant! The nurses were all lovely, helpful and made sure that I was comfortable (Special shout out to Julia she was involved in my aftercare Both times and she is excellent!). The MLD Massage therapists were excellent, this is a fantastic service - definitely book more after you have been discharged from the ward).

Would I recommend to my friends and family if they were looking for cosmetic surgery? ABSOLUTELY!

Everyone at nords just makes you so welcome from the rep to the girls at the reception to the nurses all truly amazing been 2 time with dr pajeda he is truly just the best got co2 lazer and top eyelids done im loving my new face i would realy like to recomend nords

A safe and professional service. This is the second time I have travelled to Lithuania to visit Nordesthetics Clinic. I felt valued, included and consulted. Staff were kind, professional and attentive. Environments were spotless and I felt confident in being in their care. Happy to recommend.

This was my second visit to Nords and once again what a fantastic experience it has been. All the staff are just amazing. Special shout out to the girls on reception, you were all so friendly and helpful – thank you.
My surgeon Dr Karolis Varkalys – he has such a calming presence and puts you at your ease so quickly. This time my surgery was stomach and abdomen liposuction and a butt lift and I have to say I am totally blown away with my results and this is only 2 weeks post op ! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have such fantastic results. Have to say Dr Karolis, you are an amazing surgeon, at only 2 weeks post op I can barely see my incision line. I am probably one of their older patients but recovery for me has been so easy and I was fit enough to go straight back to work 2 days after arriving home.
The clinic itself it ultra modern and spotlessly clean. My friend and I stayed in the Nords Apartments and loved it. The apartment had everything you need and we loved the new addition to the kitchen of an air fryer. The beds were huge and super comfy and a good size TV. When you come out the apartment to your right is the big shopping centre if about a 15 minutes walk and to your right another 15 walk is Lidil. In the apartment you can purchase a fob for ten euros and that will last 1 week or all your washing and drying, machines are preload with washing powder and fabric conditioner – fabulous idea to have them there
All the staff speak excellent English, me, I managed to learn 2 words in Lithuanian – ačiū - means -thank you and labas – means hello
The Lithuanian people are so lovely and polite, just love them. Taxi’s are very reasonable and arrive super fast
To finish off – a massive THANK YOU to my rep the very lovely Sabina – you have been absolutely brilliant with me, it’s a bit like chatting with a friend. A massive thank you to Dr Karolis Varkalys his work and skills are so amazing, my nurse was super lovely as was all the nurses.
I would defo recommend getting a few LDM – they are fab
I would like to mention the house keeping staff who go a long way to make sure everything is kept spotlessly clean and all in good order. The house keeping staff are lovely and friendly and are always to help when needed

I underwent a facelift at NORD Clinic in April 2025, performed by Dr. Gediminas Samulėnas.
More than a year later, I still have facial asymmetry when I smile, reduced movement on the left side of my lower face, irregular folds around my chin and persistent unevenness beneath my chin.
I raised my concerns with both the surgeon and the clinic on multiple occasions. I also submitted my case to the Lithuanian Patient Compensation Commission. The commission concluded that the treatment met the required medical standards and my claim was not upheld.
While I respect that conclusion, I remain very disappointed with my long-term result and with how my concerns were addressed. My experience has had a significant impact on my confidence and quality of life.
I am sharing my personal experience so that others considering surgery can make a fully informed decision.

Had my surgery june 2026 could not be happier my surgeon was Dr goda she is a perfectionist at what she does.already recommended her to family and friends im so happy with the results the clinic is exceptionally clean room very nice I felt in safe hands. before and after care is exceptional my rep karolina is great and im still getting emails checking up on my recovery would 💯 recommended Nordesthetics and would only use this clinic if needed in future

I had a 360 TT at the Kaunsas clinic and my experience from start to finish was excellent. My Rep was very responsive and supportive answering any questions or queries I had. The standard of facilities and care I received in the clinic was far superior an experience I had some years back in the UK when I had a BL. (I am an ez-nurse) I was fortunate to have no complications and my recovery has been seemless. I feel so much more confident with my new body it really was life changing!

2nd time going. So pleased with the results, 1st was a inunial hernia the I've just got back after a extended tummy tuck, eyebrow lift under upper blepharoplasty (eyelids), also lipo. I knew what to expect as my wife has had surgery twice with them also (breast reduction, 360 tummy tuck, thigh lift and arm lift, the place is immaculate, we stayed in there apartment s both time but you don't have to, you can be collected from any hotel. All communication is via WhatsApp once your there. Thinking of going back next year .

I had a very positive experience with Nordesthetics from start to finish.
The communication before my surgery was clear, prompt, and professional, which gave me confidence throughout the process. The logistics team made everything straightforward, from arrival at Kaunas airport to getting to accommodation and appointments, and everything ran exactly as planned.
The surgeon, nurses, and support staff in Kaunas were excellent. The site is spotless. Everyone was professional and efficient, making what is, after all, open surgery as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Nordesthetics to anyone considering surgery abroad.

I had my surgery (breast reduction) at Nords on 17th June 26. My surgeon was Dr. Karolis Bauzys, he was very nice, made me feel comfortable and provided me with lots of information. I’m extremely happy with the results so far however, I’m only 2 weeks postoperative.
The level of care at the clinic is second to none. The staff are all very friendly and caring. My overnight nurse was Ingrid and she made me feel like I was the only person in the clinic. Would I return… 100%
