Easy access to reasonable places!

Very bad experience. I was communicating with one of the landlords in Lisbon. through Nomadx then a message Appeared that “my account was deactivated” this was after having a previous successful booking through nomads it is disappointing that this is how they treat their customers.
They charge the customers a 10% in crease of the normal rent price every month.

Response: i was not the one messing around with the fees. IN fact on of the landlord from your platform, contacted me direclty through Facebook because they did not want to pay the fees. It was one of the landlords on your website.
Anyways, it is easy to find out who the landlords are because they are all on AirBnB. The fees are too high, if they were lower people might be happy to pay them. good luck.

Supposed to be a cheaper alternative to Airbnb aimed at nomads (no short-term rentals / one month minimum to book), but the pricing is the same... you're paying at least 2-3 times what a local would pay to rent that space. Just another way for foreigners to get ripped off, and locals to destroy their own housing market (I've yet to meet one person that doesn't complain about rents increasing around Porto, and yet sites like this is why it's happening). Far fewer options than Airbnb, property reviews are almost non-existent, and rental terms are less flexible. I think they need to revise the business model if they're going to compete.

Until now everything works good.
However you need to inform the guests for the tax from the city (Lisbon).
It's important too, know a little bit more information about the possible gusts, like where they came from, nationality etc.

My experience as a host has been great. I've been hosting nice and respectful people. The support from the platform has always been good and helpful. I attended a few events organized by nomadex, and I think the team is amazing.

A very useful platform, easy to navigate website with relevant filter options but most importantly, great customer service who really care about the community members` feedback and needs. Can definitely recommend!

Great service, nice listings and fast response from hosts. We booked a whole month for staying in Porto. The process was straightforward and I got quick confirmation of the reservation. Would definitely recommend for trying out!

Stellar site! Also, the bonus is that for multi-month reservations, you still only pay month to month...instead of paying all upfront like on AirBnb. That's huge!

Guests have been respectful based on the experience we have had so far. And NomadX support team are 5 stars, always ready to help and assist the host :)

I had difficulty registering my bank account. I logged into WhatsApp and just said I needed help! It was enough for everything to be solved correctly and super efficiently. I liked: efficiency and education (and a lot of patience :-)) I recommend Nomadx support, fantastic.

Everything was quick and simple both for me and for my guest. The support from the Portuguese Nomad X staff was excellent.

So far, I'm satisfied with the service provided by Nomadx.

I needed some information on the booking process before deciding to book a place and they promptly replied fulfilling my doubts.

On their platform, I like the fact that every listing is really detailed, so you know exactly what to expect from the accommodation you rent.

It takes so much of my time to check with the host if the place is available or not. Some will respond and some not.

Just make the system like Airbnb

The discount promo seems not real in my opinion. It’s a marketing come on.
