I’ve tried canceling since 2024 when the app was so glitchy I couldn’t get it to work. Since then THEY’VE CHARGED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Sometimes DOUBLE CHARGES PER MONTH. NOWSITE is terrible and I would not recommend this to ANYONE! I’m so frustrated. I have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges!!! NOWSITE STOP CHARGING ME!

Good the customer service are good website is okay.

Nowsite software has greatly benefitted my business and my capabilities as a business owner.

Thank you for the excellent tools at Nowsite. I appreciate their professional impact, though I initially found some features challenging to navigate.

Please continue to offer timely updates and detailed instructions to aid in effective use.

Nowsite's customer service is top-notch and Nowsite software has greatly benefited my business.

I really enjoy using the nowsite app, it has made everything so much easier when it comes to sharing information about the business. I would recommend using it to everyone, and watch your business grow.

Since February, 2021, I have used Nowsite to host several websites for my business and also one for the sale of my home. Imagine my surprise a month ago, when I found that none of the images were loading.

Support was no help at all. Not only had the company not made backups of its customers sites, even the backup copies I made myself, which were stored on their servers, were lost as well.

For example, the site I designed for the sale of my historic home had 130 images. One of the "solutions" Support rather glibly offered was "our creative team can select suitable images for your website based on your preferences". Basically, all of my sites were highly unique, with custom images, that took me months to build.

The only compensation they offered was the refund of ONE MONTH of charges, and two "free months" during which I was to rebuild all the sites.

Needless to say, the high fees at Nowsite, their disregard for the security of their clients' websites, and unprofessional response should discourage anyone who might consider using them. STAY AWAY !!

They say they can make the system write in your style. But it is not. And the client service does not really help or solve your problems.

If I could rate them zero I would. Stay away from this company and anyone with a membership with them. You have to email to cancel. I only had a membership with Nowsite thru Eric Worre's membership.. He left and moved all his members to his own platform.. Well I suppose that didn't cancel your membership with Nowsite.. Now they charged me for another year of $189. You can only cancel thru an email and not your profile. They refuse a refund. Stay away from Nowsite. Hopefully they will be out of business soon. All so they can keep a membership fee. What a scam and ripoff.
