Send to me wrong order! i hope have a solution fast, because depend to do a work!!!!
Worse after sales, they sent what I bought wrong, I lost a job worth 300€. They say the piece is out of stock but it is still in stock to this day, I asked they didn't answer. they are not owning up to the mistake!
I have to get the lawyer to deal with it.
The job is lost .... i receive mail now and gonna send to me another, i just wish can tell me this yesterday and send fast...

n-factory is IMHO the best FPV shop in Europe. Wide stock, most of the things available all the time and most important sending items quickly!!

Worst customer support ever. Updated.
Props for quick shipping, but there was missing an item in my package.
I messaged them right away about a missing cable in the package. They promises to look into it, but then support stopped. I can see that they read my messages, but just ignore it.
Too bad, since I'm on the hunt for a new 5" quad along with a new controller and upgrade my current quads do DJI. Sadly I feel like I need to take my business elsewhere since n-factory will not own up to their simple 7,75 EUR mistake.
Edit: Support contacted me after writing this review. Promised to send the missing product and even sent me and invoice on email.
More than 2 weeks later, I still did not receive any product. Be careful with this shop. If everything goes well then everything is good. If something goes wrong there is no help to be had.
