Shipped carelessly TWICE
Order was shipped carelessly without any packaging materials. They dropped a 36 lbs battery in a carton box and called it good. The box was 1 ply not even a heavy duty and there was about 2-3 inches of free space on 3 sides. Of course it got lost by purolator due to "packaging damaged". Filed a claim with purolator and they found it and when it was delivered it clearly was repackaged by purolator. The corner of the 430$ battery was smashed so I refused the delivery and sent back to sender. Took a week for MyTuckPoint to reply and told me to reorder and theyd refund my 1 order. You will not believe it but these MF sent back the same smashed battery AGAIN!!! So i refused delivery again and sent back to shipper. I took pictures and compared and indeed was exactly the same damage but worst.... I called them and told me to send an email with all the details..... Later that day they refunded my 2nd order and email me saying they don't have another battery at their warehouse and itd cost too much getting one..... Lost a month of my time and energy dealing with MTP and purolator....
