Order was due to be delivered on Thursday but didn’t arrive. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday but didn’t arrive.
Have messaged them multiple times via their webpage and via support email, but haven’t had a response. The meat has been in transit for almost a week so will not be edible, but I cannot get hold of anyone at muscle food to discuss it or ask for a refund.
Edit: found out the company went into administration in July 2026 but the website is still live and accepting orders.

Really impressed with how Muscle Food handled an issue I recently had with my delivery.

My order was delayed by the courier, which was particularly concerning as it contained fresh meat. The box also arrived in a pretty poor condition, so I contacted Muscle Food to explain the situation and requested a full refund.

They dealt with it promptly and without any hesitation, and my full refund was processed. I really appreciated how straightforward and hassle-free the whole process was.

I’ve ordered from Muscle Food around 10–15 times before and have never had an issue like this, so although the delivery itself was disappointing, the way Muscle Food handled the situation has actually left me feeling very positive about the company.

I’d be very happy to order from Muscle Food again and would definitely recommend them based on my experience with their customer service. It’s refreshing to have an issue dealt with so quickly and professionally. ⭐️

The meat is always good and the prices are excellent! Still the last order from us unfortunately, delivery date is always changed and now we're made to wait another couple of days for a delivery. This delivery was important and we've lost money because of this. We paid for delivery, not good.

My food did not arrived yesterday. I was told to contact the delivery company which I thought was strange. I was working so I did not have the time to chase my order with the company Muscle Foods has a contract with? Was advised to wait until 9pm. Nothing arrived, so emailed first thing this morning to check this was not being delivered due to food hygiene and safety. No notifications from the delivery company so assumed it had been stopped. Unfortunately Muscle Foods is ignoring all of my messages today and the food was delivered in a battered box. I now have a big order of meat which was not delivered in the time slot and Muscle foods which is ignoring me. I would like to escalate my complaint but unsure how to but this must be dealt with. This is a very dangerous way to practice!!! Very concerning to put customers at risk like this.

Scammed out of nearly £90. Order had not arrived, zero response from customer service. I ordered this to try to feed my family I’m now without food and the money to buy anything else. I don’t know what to do as the customer “support” team have ignored me. No phone number to contact. Absolutely desperate, if you’re on a budget and every penny is a prisoner then stay away! Cannot be relied upon

Ordered two weeks ago, two delivery attempts one went to wrong street and they wanted me to go and collect from a random house! Second delivery is still in a van from Friday!

Tried to contact since with no reply until I ask to cancel. I asked for a refund only to get a partial refund.

I recommend staying clear of them.

Fantastic offer in January on ready meals gave them a go as tried before and loved them. Definitely worth it. Only one I couldn't eat but only because of limitations with my diet. My mum loved it

Ordered Chicken and received rancid meat covered in a brown substance inside the air sealed bags.
Best before dates had been purposely removed.
Company says it’s discolouring from the cardboard box.
Sent them pictures and explained It’s inside the air sealed bags that contain the meat.
Then I find online that the company is basically bust and hundreds of customers are receiving rancid meat.
Put “ musclefood rancid meat “ in to google and see what the results say.

Trying to get a refund from my bank now.

Don’t buy anything from this company or you will be throwing your money away.

My food delivery of 80 pounds of meat didn't get delivered.

Muscle food has no contact number, and when I used help bot, it said someone would get back to me, no one did.

Rubbish company won't use again

Always had great quality meat and prepped meals, and at very reasonable prices. Only ever had one issue, which was quickly resolved. Highly recommend

Always gives a time slot but would ease the handling of the parcel if they would assist in lifting in of this weighty parcel. We are 2 disabled residents who use wheelchairs

I have been using muscle food for some years now without a problem. Order before last the chicken breast did not arrive and I was sent the standard apology with a refund after the rest of my order arrived. The last order was 16th August again only half my order has arrived, no email or explanation I have complained and still no response. Not sure what is going on with this company but I will not be a returning customer now if I can’t rely on a simple order to be delivered.

Good communications with me. Arrived when said it would.

I’ve been writing email to muscle food about there delivery as the meat smells funny plus I was missing 8 steaks. They haven’t replied once back to me. If I was anyone I would stay away from this company as there is no care for the product or the customers

Ordered Chicken and delivery did not turn up . Waited in all day no update contacted customer services took them ages to get back to me . Absolutely shocking service avoid this company ! After weeks apart customer service offered me £10 to spend at muscle foods but you have to by minimum order of £40 to activate! What planet are they on ?
