great prices and fast delivery
I regularly order medical supplies from this company. Their prices for the items I need are lower than other available options—even when factoring in shipping costs, it’s a great deal. Delivery is fast, taking only 2–3 business days to reach Germany. If an item happens to be out of stock, the company reaches out to apologize and provides the date when they expect to receive it and ship it out to us. This actually happened with my most recent order: I placed an order for a large quantity of a specific item on a Sunday evening; by Monday morning, I received a response with an apology and a scheduled shipping date of Thursday—and by Saturday, the goods had already arrived!

Title: Very Disappointing Experience – Order Never Delivered
I had a very disappointing experience with Multicare-Centrum.
I purchased five Dexter G7 devices with a promised delivery time of up to 4 business days. However, after that period had passed, I noticed that no tracking information had been provided or associated with my order.
I contacted customer service to ask about the delivery status but received no answer. Five days later, I followed up again, still without any answer.
Eventually, I had no choice but to open a dispute through PayPal. Fortunately, I was able to recover my money.
Based on my experience, this company raises serious red flags. They promised fast delivery and lower price, failed to provide tracking information, and did not answer my messages.
I cannot say for certain whether this company is a scam, but my experience was extremely concerning.
They can handle things...
It came out they didn't had the thing in their storage, so I've been asked for patience. But to be honest, this was the last package I did order during the same day, and first one to arrive, even if I had to wait extra days, and the item is exactly what I wanted, so yeah, five on five service.
Order not delivered; refunded obtained only through PayPal
I paid for the order in September 2025, but the goods were never delivered to me. The shipment was eventually returned to the seller.
The originally agreed shipping cost was 15 EUR, confirmed by the seller and included in the transaction. After the failed delivery, the seller demanded 150 EUR for reshipping - ten times the originally agreed shipping cost. They later offered to reduce this amount to 50 EUR.
The seller blamed the failed delivery on my address, but did not proveide the detailed clarification from the postal service that I repeatedly requested. I later contacted the postal service myself and received confirmation regarding the shipment. I also successfully received another parcel sent from the Netherlands to the same address using the same postal service.
Despite the goods being back in the seller's possession, the seller refused my request for a refund. They also claimed that the product was a "special order" and therefore non-refundable, although it was a standard catalogue product with its own product code. When I asked them to identify the contractual terms supporting this claim, they did not provide them.
In theri correspondence, the seller stated that my legal arguments and references to their own terms "don't impress us" and later described their reply as their "lasst answer". They also suggested that I arrange collection of the goods from their warehouse myself instead of completing the originally agreed delivery.
I therefore opened a dispute through PayPal. The payment was ultimately refunded through PayPal after the seller had refused to refund the undelivered order voluntarily.
I can proveide Trustpilot with the invoice, correspondence, shipping records, postal-service confirmation and Paypal case outcome if verification of this review is required.

Delivery failed because of incorrect address: Multicare-Centrum and Trusted shops service was inexistent...
When ordering the product the delivery was supposed to be free. When paying via PayPal the delivery cost were suddenly 20 Euro. I ordered the product anyway because I urgently needed it. On 22.08.2026 I got an Email in Dutch from the Multicare-Centrum: Bezorgpoging mislukt.
This stated that I was never handed over the parcel from DHL.
The reason was that the address was incomplete and thus could not be delivered by DHL.
Not getting the parcel created a lot of inconviniences for me as I urgently needed the product. I wrote to the Multicare-Centrum several times without getting an answer. Then I tried to contact Trusted Shops as they promised to give me buyers protection. Up to this day I did not receive any support from them either. Today a month has passed. I wasted a lot of time and decided to give up.
Terrible delivery speed.
Terrible delivery speed.
The order was placed on September 10, and the fastest delivery option (1–3 business days, costing €25) was selected.
On September 11, a tracking number was generated.
The order was not handed over to the carrier until September 14.
The next tracking update, from September 15, stated that the shipment was awaiting dispatch.
As of the evening of September 16, there had been no further tracking updates.
