I actually haven’t opened them yet because they are Christmas gifts but I’m sure they will be great.

Their delivery of products is quick. I have not been disappointed with any of the products I have purchased.

Only issue is the top of the shipping box was a little damaged by the post office. Nothing you can do about that.. or maybe it was FedEX. In which case I can see that happening how they handle parcels in their warehouse. . I know this from Years ago. It still was a very nice product. Seems to work as it should. I compared it against the wreath in the ad all lit up, and it appears all lights are working. A Couple of lightbulb covers came off too but again that’s attributable toshipping.

I ordered a blow mold tree and it arrived damaged and broken and they replaced it immediately and have received my new product and its great.
There team was super responsive and a pleasure to do business with

Never got a refund. Never received the item. No one will help me. 237 bucks gone

Amazing, I do wish Santa was a bit louder, and Santa minutes were a little cheaper

I was really hopeful that this would be a wonderful Christmas item. What I failed to understand and I did not get clearly in the description is that you have to purchase minutes on top of the telephone. And this was just disappointing. I'm hoping to be able to return it for a refund as this is not what I was hoping for.

I have purchased from Mr Christmas many many times for years now. My packages arrive in great condition and on time sometimes actually earlier than expected. The decorations are just beautiful,the paint on the mini trees are perfect each light is placed just right on the mini trees. The banner is beautiful an very nostalgic an good quality. I got an Easter tree as well in this order it's just so adorable an perfect. I love all my Mr Christmas items an will continue to buy more an build my collection more an more for diff holidays. I honestly can't recommend the Mr Christmas family company enough!!

I had to return an item due to quality issue and response from support was quick & thorough. A free return shipping label was sent, i packaged it up and off it went. It did take a little longer than expected for credit but all-in-all a smooth experience.

It does what was promised. A bit more set up than I expected. Very disappointing that the sound doesn’t actually come from the hand set and the sound is very, very low…almost impossible to hear.
