You complete surveys and your almost…

You complete surveys and your almost done give your time and before you know it you've not qualified. Technical glitches are a put off and when good surveys come with good points it's always glitchy and doesn't work. Its very frustrating, I don't get these issues on other survey apps.

Pending payment

My name is Gideon Ga** and I am a user of Mr Survey. I am writing about my first withdrawal of CHF 8.10 that I made through the Mr Survey website using my usual withdrawal method. I went to the “earnings” section, chose PayPal, and requested the withdrawal to my email address, gabri***@gmail.com. Several days have now passed since this transaction, and my withdrawal is still showing as pending. I have not received any payment or withdrawal confirmation email.

Since this is my first withdrawal from Mr Survey, I am particularly concerned about the delay and would like to understand whether there is any issue with my account or withdrawal. I contacted Mr Survey customer support regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response or a clear update about the status of my payment.

I enjoy using Mr Survey and completing surveys, but this experience has made me feel insecure about my earnings on the platform. I kindly request that Mr Survey process my CHF 8.10 withdrawal as soon as possible and send any necessary PayPal withdrawal confirmation email to the same address I used for the transaction.

I would also appreciate a clear explanation for the delay and confirmation that there is nothing further I need to do to receive my first payment.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.

So far so good

So far so good, It is good that we earn points by starting surveys without completing them due to us not qualified for those surveys.

User Experience

I like that there are at least one or two surveys available.

Sometimes it’s difficult to start a survey because of the advertisements and time spend loading the page for the survey. And some times you can’t skip or close the overlaid advertisement screen.
