If I could give 0 stars, I would. I downloaded the app and selected a couple starter games that had boosted rewards highlighted. One of the games was very similar to a game I was already actively playing and one other completely new one. The new one I began playing was one that I luckily was very good at, to the point where even though the game required “lives” to continue playing, I didn’t need the lives because I rarely lost. I “first tried” all of the Super Hard levels I played. As such, I was hitting a lot of the initial boosted rewards on Mistplay. By the end of day 1 on the app, I had already earned enough points to cash out a $30 Amazon gift card. On day 2, I was banned from the app for “violating terms and conditions”, but Customer Service refused to be specific about which terms and conditions I actually violated. I can only glean that because I was earning too many points too quickly, I got kicked off. I tried to explain that I would happily get on camera to show that I’m actually playing the game and not hacking it as I suspected they suspected of me. However, they kept reiterating that my suspension was final and could not be appealed and my account would not be reinstated. So, while I think Mistplay is real in that it pays out for most people, beware if you earn points too quickly because they’ll ban you!

This app has been totally transparent and does exactly what it says it does.
Pahayouts are timely and when I did find a hiccup with this, customer service was quick to respond and correct the issue.
Of the similar apps that I have tried in the past, this one is by far the best.

Well, although yes there are many games, the rewards are much faster than many other money/gems app out there, I recently had to write them an email cause I've been decieved a little bit by the functionning of the app. There are boosters applied on certain games for a while than taken off. That's fine. But, let's say a game is listed at 4x the units won after some time played, the games would drop to only 1x unit ! I'm currently with the customer service in order to fix the problems that happened on many games (at least 3) including the very last one called "Yarn Loop" that dropped to 0,5 units ! It was at 4x for a single week ! I mean we do have to download the games which take some space on our phones. Do we download them for nothing now ? I don't know. I mean I wouln't want that and I'm sure I'm not the only one. The rewards when the games are at 4x - 5x are great but why after a while does the app lower down the units ?? For now, the customer service, while nice and quick to respond gave me 200 units for my problems but the technical team is supposed to check out what happened... In the meantime do I find that Mistplay is one of the best app out there ? Absolutely, I'm not denying that but I find it a little misleading on the numbers of units gained. On another note, as a player on that app for many months now, there are often little surveys popping up from the app asking what we would change or add on the game app. The games.... it would be awesome for us to be able to pick more games, to have more choices. Many times when I go to search a game, it's there but then when I try to download it, it gives me a error technical issue thing saying that the game is currently unavailable. It would be nice if at least the app wouldn't show them at all cause that is also misleading to gamers. And, also the avaibility for us to choose the games we already own would be awesome. For now, I'm still waiting on the technical team to see what went wrong within the system cause I'm sure that I'm not the only one out there.

I have still not received payment since April. They have denied they sent an email confirmation regarding payment even though I keep forwarding it to them. Do not listen to their reply as they do not pay you.

Mistplay is my OG. I have redeemed once so far without any problems.
It's taking a bit longer it seems to reach Checkpoints but if you're playing games you enjoy that's not a great concern.
The redemption options are of a wide variety!

My experience with Mistplay is pretty limited and I can see the potential here to earn and it is an intuitive user interface, but my account was immediately put on hold after accruing legacy points through a game I previously played through my existing Apple ID. I created an account and downloaded a few games, one of which credited me back for play on existing account, but then it was put on hold without a notification of any kind.

Initially, it showed a 24 hour wait before I could withdraw those funds and then when I logged in the next day there was an issue logging in and it directs to a pre-set form to Customer Service related to a hold on my account, no other messaging directly. I submitted two requests since Saturday without a response, nor confirmation of any kind via email.

Hopefully it gets resolved and did nothing wrong from my end. Only other feedback is that the threshold to withdraw seems high at $25, so new users would need to factor this in while compared to other apps if you are hoping to withdraw sooner than that. The feature to reward for previous play is a cool feature that would set Mistplay apart as a leader to reward for legacy points, but it apparently caused issues for my account and haven't honored those points yet to see any real benefit of using the app.

I make good money. Not a fortune but I make enough to pay for all my animals food on amazon

This app is the absolute best for both having the best and latest games but for the easy pay out and customer support. It's the ONLY earning app I'll ever use and I use it daily.

I made a complaint about not receiving units for goals completion I actually love doing those goals that's why I complain and you guys resolved it hopefully we can get this fixed because again I enjoy playing the games especially the ones with goals 👍

Mistplay is the best rewarding app I've used...I've tried numerous over the years...the only negative is not receiving credit for some games that are goal rewarded...fix that and I'll give you 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
