After all my years I'm finally tired of Mistplay. Idk who is selecting your games now but they are awful. I've switched to a new app. I Play when I can. But I personally don't enjoy bang bang battle, space war, or weed games. They're all so stupid. Where are the puzzles, cards or partner games?? Please do better

Loyalty gems not rewarded for days
Loyalty gems not rewarded for days. Obtained silver only to find out you have to repurchase every 2 weeks to keep silver. People are begining to have problems cashing out if they are bronze. I just decided after 3 years of loyalty to Mistplay it is time to move on to people who actually reward players for trying games, watching videos, and taking surveys instead of charging them to be able to cash out anything. Mustplay went from number one to just above scam games almost overnight.

The customer service support is better than most. I started using the Mistplay platform in 2024-2025 when there was always a selection of boosted games offered. Now there are one or maybe two and most of the time none. I have spent more money than I've won or earned back which is very disappointing. Just recently I tried the Mystery Box for 50 gems. So far I've won multiple Avatars and my 50 gems back twice, so in the red. I'm trying a different platform now. My overall experience with Mistplay has been disappointing and that's unfortunate. I stayed for this long because of the Customer Service.

funny business!
when i tried my first cashout they froze my account and didnt say why or what happened! i contacted support immediately, they kept silent for over a week. then apologized and unfroze the account cuz obviously nothing was wrong with it! so i tried cashing out again, which takes 2 days to process for them. but after 24h THEY JUST FROZE IT AGAIN!!! like wth is wrong with their business?? and the only support u get is a bot that just keeps apologizing and keeps u waiting

Gplay credit takes time
Often the play credit or added visa reward card are not immediately available. Sometimes a phone reboot helps, but other times it just seems to take quite awhile before it's usable.
