Unprompted review
Avoid at all costs!
Ordered 3 Grohe ceramic sinks. Packaged with zero protection from Mister Pro and 2 arrived broken.
Send multiple emails for a replacement or refund of my money with no answer.
Then i called the company and on the phone some woman told me that its compicated to ship ceramic items!
I told her if it's complicated to ship them properly why do you sell them?
Her reply as her whole interaction was as rude as you would expect.
She told to buy plastic next time. For a bathroom sink!
So not only incompetent to ship properly what they sell but also rude towards their customer.
Have mot received my refund yet so will proceed with legal action against them.
I definitely recommend to anyone to think twice before buying from this company and avoid them!
