Fantastic products
Edit: I want to mention that I only heard about this company in a home -improvement type forum, so their exposure in my experience is still pretty limited. I believe this company would explode in popularity if their name received more promotion online. You’d be hard pressed to find equivalent quality products at the same price point, that offer the same amount of customer support all along the way.
Original review: Fantastic products, from the fit, finish, and functionality. The Halsted faucet and soap dispenser actually feel like quality. I had a couple questions during my install, and reached out to their CS through email, and had a response within a couple hours. They even followed up with me again a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly.
It’s increasingly rare to find a company that actually stands behind their product. I really hope they are able to expand their product lines to include bathroom hardware, and be able to offer the same quality without the incredible markups that you encounter with the big name brands’ “quality” lines.
I would gladly buy from this company again!

Great quality and less expensive than similar styles
When the original faucet I wanted got back ordered I ordered a Mirozza because it was well reviewed online and in stock. It arrived fast and at first I wasn’t sure if it was as nice, but I didn’t want to delay my kitchen. To my pleasant surprise, the quality really shines when it’s installed. It looks and feels great, saved me over 500 bucks and lost time, and the owner was lovely and highly communicative even when I was thinking about returning it before the install. I’m so glad I kept it!
It’s rare these days to find a company that you can tell really cares about its products and this one is it.

Built to last!
After going through 2 or three different Moen and Kohler products in our kitchen — each one not lasting even 8 years, I was so excited to see someone recommend these all metal kitchen faucets. We ordered two for our kitchen and installed them a week ago and I am just THRILLED with them. The hardest part of the install was getting the old faucets off because parts were rusted and broken. The Mirozza faucets feel substantial and really nice. They’re very sleek and clean looking, the finish is very nice and they don’t hold spots from our hard water. They’re were easy to install. The flow pressure is really nice. They just seem wonderful and like they are going to last. We’re so happy with this purchase.

We are very happy with our Mirozza kitchen faucet. It's attractive, well designed, and made from quality materials. We had a hansgrohe faucet before this one that cost twice as much but looks and feels much cheaper, and has not been very effective with our hard city water. We also appreciated that Mirozza is a family owned, American business, and the owner himself emailed to check whether we were happy with our purchase. Everything about Mirozzs is excellent!
Customer service is excellent! No bots! Marek answered the phone and answered all my questions! Three times! He knows what he sells and helped me select the correct size faucet for my sink. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Elston was sent quickly and packed well. The shipper damaged one side of the shipping box, but the faucet was packed securely inside in its own cushioning, so it didn't get damaged.
The installer said the faucet was easy to install. It looks sleek and is operating well. The white triangle part is only used on thin sinks like stainless steel.Marek emailed me when the faucet was shipped. Communication with Mirozza is rare and can't be beat. I love the Elston faucet and hope it holds up as great as the customer service is. The installer said the faucet was heavy duty, excellent quality, and he will be buying Mirozza for his next kitchen faucet! I also bought a soap dispenser. It was easy to install, looks nice, and pumps easily. It will he a little tricky to fill because it's behind my garbage disposal. Marek and Mirozza are 5 star all the way! I highly recommend! Zero disappointment in this purchase! Thank you Mirozza! I'll be back to purchase from your bathroom line coming this fall!

I’m very happy to hear that your Elston faucet arrived quickly, was well protected inside the box, and installed easily. Even though the outside shipping box was damaged, this is exactly why we take packaging seriously and make sure every faucet is cushioned properly before it leaves our hands. I’m also glad your installer noticed the heavy duty build quality, that means a lot, especially coming from someone who installs faucets professionally.
Thank you as well for mentioning the soap dispenser. One helpful note: the Mirozza® soap dispenser is actually very easy to refill from the top. You simply lift up the pump part and pour the soap directly through the opening , no need to crawl under the sink or remove the bottle from below. Hopefully that makes refilling much easier, even with the garbage disposal nearby.

I also want to clarify one important detail with full transparency: Mirozza is proudly headquartered in Chicago, and every faucet is personally inspected here by us before shipping to our customers. Our faucets are currently manufactured in our partner factory in China, where we are able to maintain our high standards for lead-free certification, solid construction, premium components, and beautiful finishes at a much more reasonable price point.
If we manufactured every faucet here in Chicago today, the cost would likely be significantly higher — probably starting around $800 per faucet. That said, one of my goals as Mirozza continues to grow is to eventually manufacture small specialty batches right here in Chicago.
