The items are overpriced and bad quality from what I’ve bought, worker full on lied about how I can’t be in the store and that the security talked to me about how I can’t be in the store a couple days ago,that is a lie, she was 100% just judging on looks when I used to wear full coverage clothes that were baggy and when I didn’t wear an makeup she was very nice no I guess they just see a teen and to kick then out,
I am very frustrated about what happened that was my favourite store and I spent lots of money in there but I they judge on looks please get better workers

Miniso opened at the end of March in my small town. I went in last week and bought a couple of things. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The store was extremely organized and clean. I will be going back FOR SURE!!

I've ordered through their site more than a week ago. The order status is "processing" since than. I didnt receive any further updates, tried to contact with no response. I guess I will have to dispute the charge directly with my bank.

Ordered on the 31st of May order arrived today one item damaged poorly packaged and one item not what I ordered!!! Husband wanted me to email them but after showing him the reviews already made that there is no chance of hell of me getting my items replaced I’m not going to bother damaged item thrown in the bin!!! Only purchase from the stores itself, i have shopped at the stores and thought the same excellent customer service would be the same has the website WRONG!!! GIVE THE WEBSITE A VERY WIDE BIRTH!!!!!!!!!!!

MINISO is such a great shop . From your usual home needs to your touchy electronic gadgets.. I just recently bought a wireless headset. a (cd pattern wireless headphone) to be precise. At first, I'm a bit worried that it might not be, what I expected it to be. then luckily after almost a month of having the said item,. the sound is still quiet good . the audio is loud & clear. Power capacity also meets it's standard.... I have been using it, for almost a month, 8 hours straight . It's such a great shopping experience . satisfied buyer here

I ordered some earphones as a Christmas gift early December, they still haven't arrived 9th Jan. The ONLY thing they sent me was a tracking number a few days after the purchase which shows they weren't delivered. They REFUSE to offer ANY customer service for an item which didn't arrive if I don't provide an order number, an order number they NEVER sent!!
