Alejandro was fantastic. Great communication! He was helpful, flexible, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He drove us anywhere we wanted to go, offered great recommendations, and made sure we felt safe the whole time. He even extended an extra hour at the end without hesitation, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful driver.

Alejandro was exceptional! He was very kind, patient, and hospitable. My husband and I had some issues with our flight arriving to Miami and he was consistent with communicating with us about our flights details and our arrival time. He also took us back to the airport on the way home for another relaxing and comfortable ride. We’re going on a vacation next year and I’ll be sure to book with them again.

I initially started looking for private transfers because I needed 2 car seats for my kiddos while Miami. I was beyond happy with Alejandro. He was responsive, pleasant, professional, accommodating, timely, and everything in between. I highly recommend his services and will 100% reserve with him any time we’re in Miami.

I want to say this company was Amazing !!! If I could have given them 10 stars I would !!! They responded quickly to my request, worked with us to find the right transportation for our sons wedding.

Alejandro was AMAZING! Phenomenal communication and very understanding. I was very nervous about coordinating everything for our family of 7 cruise as we had never been on a cruise before so we had no idea about how this all worked. I asked him tons of questions which he was extremely responsive to. He made the entire process so easy. As an added bonus in our rush to get out of at the port I left my cell phone in the van. Once I finally realized this about 30 minutes later I was able to easily get a hold of him and we coordinated meeting back at the port so I could get my phone back. Cannot recommend this company enough. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted Alejandro when I needed transportation for our cruise.
He responded quickly to messages and was so helpful.
We needed to rent 2 car seats as we have a 1 year old son and 3 year old daughter and they were such nice seats and they were installed and ready to use when we were picked up.
I had booked a ride from Miami airport to our hotel in Miami, and from our hotel to the cruise port the next day. Unfortunately we missed a flight, so I had to cancel the booked taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, but even here Alejandro was willing to help us with another transfer.
He is a really pleasant driver and the service level is top.
I can only recommend Alejandro for transportation.

Back in May I started working on transportation from Port of Miami to MIA airport. I spoke and texted with Alejandro many times. He was very professional and reassuring each time. On the day of the transport we texted when we got off the ship, he met us promptly and brought us to our airlines at the airport. All the while being polite and helpful. I would use this service again in a heartbeat!
