Meneto has a team that looks well after me. We communicate via different channels and they work proactively, giving me clear instructions and guidance on what to do

We've been a customer for about 18 months. Things were a bit unorganised at the start (partly our fault) and we've had a couple of bookkeepers/account managers since then. However since Ergun was assigned to our account late last year things have really improved. He is pro-active, organised, and easy to communicate with. We can strongly recommend Ergun and we plan to keep using Meneto in the coming years.

Not serious, I payed for a full year service. They said they won’t make it in time and we need to do “nulindberetning”. They told me that I need to do it which I refused, because I’ve payed for them to do.
So they said they want confirmation from me. To do it, I wrote a confirmation and after that they say they can’t do it I have to do it.

You don’t even get direct contact information with your bookkeeper, you need to email the head department.

Overall good service.

Another good month using meneto, keep up the good work, especially Ergul!
I also like that they can process your vat (for a fee of course) but its nice to know its sortef as even somethign as simple as Vat can be taxing for me.

Easy administration and bookkeeping for my small business. Good service from Ergun, my dedicated bookkeeper.

I'm very happy with this service. As a non-Danish business owner, I am thrilled that my profile and system can all be in English. I have received timely accounting and tax advice. The team are friendly, professional and helpful.

I've had a good experience with Meneto. They quickly respond to my mails or queries, whenever I contact them. They are good with bookkeeping and has really saved a lot of time for me :)

Super cool platform, easy to use and very helpful staff members. They held my hand and walked me through the entire process in a very pain free way. I can highly recommend Meneto, and I have 2 legal entities that I use their services for.

Lastly, they have greatly improved the annual reporting process and have made it almost fully automated, with staff members stepping in for any non-automated stages.
